Meet Leighton Campbell | Founder & Printing Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Leighton Campbell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Leighton, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My motivation came from seeing smaller brands get stuck in the print-on-demand trap. Platforms like Printful and Printify offer low margins, shipping delays, and unpredictable quality. I knew there had to be a better way. I founded Lialvaro T-Shirt Printing to address cost, logistics, and quality pain issues. The aim is to be a reliable, high-quality printing alternative for small brands and local creators.

What should our readers know about your business?
At its core, Lialvaro T-Shirt Printing is built to be the ultimate growth partner for small brands and local print enthusiasts. What sets us apart is that we reject the traditional, detached print-on-demand model. Instead of low margins, shipping delays, and unpredictable quality, we provide a hands-on, localized solution where quality control, fair pricing, and logistics are entirely optimized to help small businesses actually scale.
Getting to where we are today was anything but easy. As any entrepreneur will tell you, building a supply chain from the ground up comes with a massive learning curve. In the beginning, balancing cost efficiency with premium quality felt like an uphill battle. We overcame those challenges by staying stubborn about our standards but flexible in our approach—building strong, transparent relationships with our suppliers and constantly refining our processes.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned along the way goes back to my core philosophy: good planning plus hard work leads to success. You can have the best plan in the world, but without execution and grit, it means nothing. Conversely, hard work without a strategic plan just leads to burnout. You need both.
What I am most proud of—and what I want the world to know about Lialvaro—is that we are a brand built on integrity and empowerment. We aren’t just selling prints; we are fueling the dreams of independent creators. When a small business partners with us, they aren’t just getting a vendor—they are getting a team that is genuinely invested in their success.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend is coming to LA, I’m skipping the Hollywood tourist traps. My philosophy for the perfect week is all about ‘fun without consequence’—great food, beautiful nature, and high-quality time laughing with the people who matter most.
Here is how our week would look:
The Beach & Hike Days: We would spend our mornings hitting the trails. LA has some incredible hiking, so we’d do a trail like the Los Leones Trail in Pacific Palisades or head into Malibu. The goal is always to get high enough to see the ocean. Afterward, we are dropping straight down to the beach—either Will Rogers State Beach or El Matador—to just relax by the water, layout, and completely unwind.
The Food: You cannot come to LA and not get world-class sushi. I’d take them to a phenomenal, authentic spot like Sugarfish or Sushi Gen in Little Tokyo. But honestly, as much as I love LA’s food scene, my absolute favorite way to eat is a backyard cookout. I actually prefer it over a restaurant because there’s no rush, no loud crowds, and it’s just much easier to genuinely enjoy your friends. We’d fire up the grill, put on some great music, and just laugh until midnight.
The Sunday Reset: To wrap up the week, we would experience my Sunday ritual. Sunday is my day to reset and prepare for the week ahead. I intentionally surround myself only with people who strengthen me, inspire me, and pour back into my cup. We’d spend the day in a backyard or a quiet park, sharing a meal, reflecting, and leveling each other up.
By the time my friend boards their flight, they won’t just have seen LA—they’ll have felt the best energy the city has to offer.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First, I want to give a shoutout to the wise mentors who told me to read the Book of Proverbs every month. Proverbs 21:5, which reminds us that good planning combined with hard work leads to success, is my business foundation and my life blueprint.
On a personal note, huge credit goes to my wife, Judy Campbell, for her incredible, unwavering support. I also thank my kids, who keep me grounded, motivated, and hopeful every day.
