Meet Yesenia Nieblas | Real Estate Advisor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Yesenia Nieblas and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Yesenia, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk-taking for me is like navigating uncharted waters. It’s about weighing the potential gains against the possibility of setbacks and being willing to step into the unknown. In my journey as an entrepreneur, taking calculated risks has been the catalyst for growth, enabling me to push boundaries, innovate, and create meaningful change.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a Miami native and global entrepreneur, my journey has been as diverse as the regions I’ve traversed and the industries I’ve explored. From owning restaurants to dealing in art and leading non-profits, I’ve always believed in embracing new opportunities and adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of business.
What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly blend my multifaceted background and diverse skill set to facilitate my clients’ real estate dreams. Whether it’s drawing from my experiences across Central America, Indonesia, or Israel, I bring a unique perspective and a global mindset to every transaction.
I’m most proud of my unwavering commitment to personal well-being and community service. Volunteering at Jackson Memorial Hospital alongside my working service dog, Aloha, has been a deeply rewarding experience that has grounded me and reminded me of the importance of giving back.
My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been filled with invaluable lessons and growth opportunities. I’ve learned the importance of resilience, adaptability, and unwavering reliability. Every challenge I’ve faced has only strengthened my resolve and propelled me forward.
As for my brand and story, I want the world to know that I’m not just a real estate specialist—I’m a passionate advocate for personal and community well-being. My work is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact and help others achieve their dreams. Whether it’s through real estate or community service, I’m dedicated to creating meaningful change and leaving a lasting legacy.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A must—start the day with a yoga class at Ahana Yoga to set the tone for their Miami adventure. I would head over to Pura Vida for a delicious breakfast—try the Bali crunch açaí bowl or the breakfast burrito to fuel up for the day. Spend the afternoon soaking up the sun and snorkeling the jetty in South of Fifth area in South Beach. Then head to South Pointe Park for a sunset acro yoga session. Maybe order a pizza pie from Lucali and grab a bottle of wine to enjoy at the park after acro yoga.
Spend the day hopping around the neighborhood, admiring the murals and visiting local galleries. As the evening sets in, enjoy the lively atmosphere of Wynwood with good music and art-filled venues. Grab dinner at one of the area’s trendy restaurants or food trucks while soaking in the vibrant ambiance. Some of my favorites in the area are: a Mediterranean restaurant called DOYA, or opt for a casual burger stop at Cowy’s pop-up burger spot outside of JW brewery.
Another day, we would pack essentials and snacks and head to north miami for a Kayaking adventure out of Oleta River State Park. Explore the mangrove trails and then head to the sand bar island for some r&r under the palm trees. I would probably cook us dinner that night and get ready to explore the Latin culture of Miami on Calle Ocho. Maybe pop in for a free salsa class at Ball n’ Chain before the salsa party begins. Lots of art and culture to explore down the strip, including grabbing a “colada” of Cuban coffee to refuel for a fun night.
On a Saturday, we would head to the Coconut Grove Farmer’s market and grab some nori rolls and fresh coconut water before exploring on a long bike ride down Bayshore drive all the way to Museum Park in Downtown Miami. They’ll get a tour of Brickell and downtown without the hassle of traffic and then we can cool down by checking out the Frost Science Museum and the PAMM.
The send off would probably be sealed with happy hour at Motek in Coral Gables and then catching my friends perform improv comedy at Just the Funny a few minutes away.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible individuals who have played pivotal roles in my journey. Firstly, I owe an immense debt of gratitude to my mother, whose unwavering support, guidance, and love have been my foundation every step of the way. Additionally, I want to extend my appreciation to my teachers, whose knowledge and wisdom have shaped my understanding of the world and fueled my passion for learning. Furthermore, I am incredibly thankful for the mentors who have generously shared their expertise, offered invaluable advice, and inspired me to reach for new heights in my endeavors. Each of these remarkable individuals has contributed to my growth, and I am forever grateful for their presence in my life.
