Meet Stanislaw Kowalski | Actor & Model

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stanislaw Kowalski and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stanislaw, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
As an actor, it’s all about passion and joy. If performing still lights you up, it’s worth pushing through the tough times. But remember, it’s okay to take a step back and reassess if you need to. Trust your instincts and your love for the craft!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is a blend of acting, stunts, and martial arts, which I believe sets me apart from others. I’m most proud of my versatility and the ability to bring physicality to my roles, which adds a unique dimension to my performances.
Getting to where I am today has definitely not been easy. There were many challenges along the way, from rigorous training to facing rejection. However, my passion for the craft and the support from my loved ones, especially my mom, kept me going.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of perseverance and staying true to oneself. Every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow.
What I want the world to know about me is that my journey is driven by a deep love for storytelling and the art of performance. I strive to bring authenticity and dedication to every role I take on, and I’m excited to continue sharing my passion with the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d make sure they had an unforgettable time! Here’s a week-long itinerary for an amazing trip:
Day 1: We’d start with brunch at a trendy spot like Sqirl, then head to Griffith Observatory for stunning views of LA. In the evening, a visit to the Santa Monica Pier for some fun games and rides.
Day 2: A hike at Runyon Canyon to start the day, followed by lunch at Grand Central Market. In the afternoon, we’d explore The Broad museum for some contemporary art.
Day 3: Breakfast at Republique, then a stroll along Venice Beach and the Venice Canals. For dinner, a visit to LACMA followed by drinks at a rooftop bar like Perch.
Day 4: A day trip to Malibu for relaxing on the beach and maybe some surfing lessons. Dinner at Nobu Malibu for a fancy treat.
Day 5: Brunch at Urth Caffé, then a visit to The Getty Center for art and architecture. In the evening, a comedy show at The Comedy Store.
Day 6: Breakfast at Blu Jam Café, then a visit to Universal Studios Hollywood for some movie magic. Dinner at a classic steakhouse like BOA Steakhouse.
Day 7: A relaxing morning at Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens, followed by a farewell dinner at a top restaurant like Providence.
These are just a few ideas to show your friend an amazing time in LA! Enjoy every moment of it!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a huge shoutout to my amazing mom for always supporting me both financially and emotionally. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her love and encouragement. Also, a big thank you to my acting school, my incredible teachers, and my friends who have been there for me every step of the way. Your support means the world to me!
