We had the good fortune of connecting with Liz Svatek and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Liz, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Legacy! The definition of legacy is s”omething transmitted by or received from an ancestor or predecessor or from the past…”
Right now you may know what your legacy is. You may have a vision of what that looks like, but even if you don’t, you are transmitting your legacy every single day. Every day you are making choices, taking action (because not taking action is an action by the way….) and speaking words that are transmitting your legacy. But most of us are transmitting A legacy of fear…
Where you don’t take the leap.
You don’t take action. You choose the same life every day because it feels safe.
You choose not to believe in your limitlessness.
You stay in your comfort zone even if that comfort zone is disempowering you and dragging you down.
Comfort zones can be incredibly bad. Don’t let the word comfort confuse you.
Your comfort zone could be an emotional addiction to worry. (Yes there are emotional addictions too)
Your comfort zone could be a toxic relationship because it’s too scary to leave them.
Your comfort zone could be a job you hate— the golden handcuffs.
Your comfort zone could be confusion, lack of motivation, lack of focus and not taking action.
When women lean into their own powerful and empowered legacy they are incredibly powerful. This usually happens after 40. The world may call it a mid life crisis. I say it’s a calling. Women are being called to dig deeper, be more powerful, share their wisdom.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I help successful women over 40 navigate challenging life transitions, overcome negative thoughts, and stop drowning so that they can start living a magical, soul driven life. As a rapid transformation coach I don’t believe women should spend years in therapy and not get the results they want. A lot of women keep going to therapy despite the fact that it’s NOT working. They keep going back wanting a better result. As a rapid transformational therapist my clients get results after the first session and only continue to improve. Women continue to work with me because they start to feel more free, more playful and more confident. The women I work with are looking to leave a powerful legacy and leave old stories behind. They want to be “Soulblazers”. Break free, lead authentically, and transform within. I believe in a world where women over 40 are respected and revered as the wise women they are. When you learn how to change your subconscious programming, you begin to heal yourself so that you can lean into your legacy. The mind is powerful and most people have no control over it. I teach women how to change their thoughts, tap into their intuition and take aligned action.
I can remember hitting a wall at 49 years old. I said to myself “is this all there is? There has to be more.” The good news is that if you’re asking that question than the answer is always YES. My work began with starting my podcast Conversations with Warrior Women. I knew nothing about podcasts when I started, but that leap into the unknown, that leap of faith, started a whole new career. I became super curious about how to make sustainable changes in my life, how the mind works, and what was really happening and what was holding back women once they turned 40. I was interviewing women who had accomplished so much, had overcome unimaginable odds, and I began to study what they all had in common. The biggest common denominator is how they changed their thinking and embraced a new identity. I studied neuroplasticity and how to work with the subconscious mind. I began to transform myself, my identity, heal and let go of the past. I certified first as a neuro-identity evolution coach and then later as a rapid transformational therapist so that I could help other women transform like I had. Turns out that I was the “more” I was looking for. I wanted to be more of myself, do more of the things I was curious about, become the best version of myself. I thought I was going through a midlife crsis, but it wasn’t a crisis. It was a CALLING.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am such a foodie and am always happy when a new amazing restaurant opens up near me! My two new favorites are Casalena and The Mulholland. Casaléna is a new place in the West Valley but being there feels like you’re transported to your favorite European destination! The outdoor sunken patio is the place to be! The Mulholland is a new neighborhood restaurant that is local family-owned and rooted in two generations of hospitality and has inventive incredible food. I love to sit on the patio by the fireplace or post up at their beautiful bar.
