Meet Dr. Parsa Peykar

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Parsa Peykar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Parsa, what do you attribute your success to?
Success, to me, isn’t about meeting society’s standards or keeping pace with others—it’s about fulfilling what’s uniquely right for you. It begins with uncovering your purpose and committing to it fully. But purpose alone isn’t enough; it must flow outward through service. True service isn’t an occasional act—it’s a mindset, a way of living. You give, give, and give again.
I think of life as a seed with infinite potential. When you plant it, water it daily, and nurture it with patience, it will eventually bloom and bear fruit. That’s when your life thrives—not just for yourself, but for others. The essence of success, at its highest level, is sharing your harvest—serving the world with the gift only you can bring.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m building the first sport psychology academy focused on nurturing and maximizing athletes’ talents from the inside out. It’s not just about performance on the field—it’s about developing the mindset, resilience, and emotional tools athletes need to unlock their full potential. What sets us apart is our holistic approach: we don’t just train athletes mentally for the game—they develop life skills that empower them beyond the sport. I’m passionate about helping athletes not only perform at their peak but also become the best versions of themselves, mentally and emotionally.
Getting here has been anything but easy. My journey started when I was just 14, washing cars to make ends meet. From there, I worked various jobs, gaining life experience along the way. At one point, I was on the brink of playing professional soccer—a dream I chased for years—until an ACL injury changed the course of my life. That setback forced me to reimagine my path, and it’s what inspired me to dive deeper into the mental side of sports. I learned firsthand how important mindset is when life throws challenges your way.
Failure has been a constant companion throughout this journey, but each stumble has taught me a valuable lesson: resilience isn’t just about bouncing back—it’s about learning, adjusting, and pressing forward. These experiences are what shaped my mission today, and I carry them into the work I do with athletes.
What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is that success is rarely a straight line. It’s built through grit, failures, and a deep belief in the process. My goal with this academy isn’t just to help athletes perform better—it’s to help them discover the best in themselves, on and off the field. Because in the end, sport is more than a game—it’s a journey of growth, service, and self-discovery. And that’s exactly what we’re here to guide them through.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
No one achieves success alone—it’s a team effort built on the shoulders of those who guide, support, and inspire us along the way.
First and foremost, I have to give credit to God. Everything I’ve achieved begins and ends with Him—providing purpose, strength, and direction even when the path isn’t always clear. Without that foundation, none of this would be possible.
Beyond that, I firmly believe that the idea of being “self-made” is a myth. Every success story is woven with the efforts of others—mentors, friends, family, and even those who challenge us along the way. No one gets anywhere meaningful alone.
A special shoutout goes to my father, who has been an incredible role model in my life. As a doctor, he has dedicated himself to a life of service, and that example has had a profound impact on me. Watching him live with purpose and give so much of himself to others taught me what real success looks like—not in accolades or titles, but in the impact you leave on the people you serve. His journey continues to inspire me to approach my own path with that same sense of responsibility and heart.
