Meet Ashley Berdini | lifestyle and fashion content creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Berdini and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Work life balance has always been extremely important to me. I work a full time job aside from creating content, so it’s key that I schedule myself time for creating content on nights and weekends but also giving myself space to decompress and relax for my mental health. I usually choose one day a week to shoot my content and one day to edit and that has worked really well for me!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Getting to where I am today as a content creator was definitely no easy task! I truly woke up one day and told myself that creating content is what I want to do full time because it gives me so much joy and there’s nothing I love more than inspiring my community and followers. It’s taken a TON of hours shooting, editing, and brainstorming and it really is a game of risk and just trying new things until something clicks. I’ve learned to just do what makes me happy and share what I love and do my best to not care what other people think!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love where I live in Hermosa Beach. It’s such an amazing little beach town with a great community. If my best friend were visiting, my itinerary would be beach day, driving up PCH to Malibu, eating some amazing meals in West Hollywood and downtown LA and maybe seeing a show at the Greek or Forum. There is truly SO MUCH to see and experience in LA you really can’t go wrong or run out of ideas which is one of the reasons I love this city so much!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Definitely my fiance and close friends who have been really supportive throughout my content creating journey. It’s so important to have a circle of people that are rooting for you and give zero judgement. I wouldn’t be as confident if not for them.
