Flourish Healing and Wellness Space thrives because we are more than just a wellness brand—we are a movement dedicated to empowering others on their healing journey. What sets us apart is our collaborative approach to wellness, bringing together a collective of expert practitioners to lead transformational experiences.
Our shared vision stemmed from a desire to expand healing beyond individual sessions—to create a space where people could explore different wellness practices and find what works best for them. We believe that healing is a journey, not a destination, and our mission is to provide tools, knowledge, and sacred space for people to flourish.
Through retreats, workshops, and community wellness experiences, we offer a holistic approach that attracts individuals seeking transformation. Healing comes in many forms, and at Flourish Healing and Wellness Space, we invite people to experience a variety of wellness modalities in one supportive environment.

Flourish Healing and Wellness Space is more than a brand.. We are a collective. Through determination, manifestation, and hard work we take you through a wellness journey. This hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has shaped us into the wellness collective we are today.
For years, we envisioned creating a space where individuals could explore various healing modalities in a supportive environment. However, like many entrepreneurs, we faced obstacles—a lack of time, resources, and sometimes even confidence to bring our vision to life sooner. Balancing our individual businesses, families, and the operational side of Flourish has been a learning experience in itself.
Despite these hurdles, we’ve been lifted by the unwavering support of our friends, family, and community. Every wellness practitioner we’ve connected with has welcomed us with open arms, reinforcing our belief that healing is a collective journey.
What Sets Us Apart
At Flourish, we embrace the idea that healing is a journey, not a destination. We honor individuals at every stage of their journey, empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and experiences they need to thrive. Through retreats, workshops, and community wellness events, we introduce people to a diverse range of healing practices, helping them build a personalized wellness toolkit.
What makes Flourish unique is our collaborative approach—we don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” method to healing. Our collective of therapists, Reiki practitioners, sound healers, and bodywork specialists create a holistic experience that allows individuals to find what resonates with them.

Through this journey, we’ve learned patience, time management, and the importance of balance of work-life. We continue to grow every day learning new things about creativity, marketing, and community-building while staying true to our mission.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Living in Southern California provides the perfect balance of nature, adventure, and relaxation, making it an ideal place to host a friend for a week of wellness and exploration. If my best friend were visiting, I would want to create an experience that blends grounding, nourishment, and fun, while also allowing space for rest and reflection.
The first day would start with a visit to Malibu or Laguna Beach, where we could take a moment to ground ourselves by feeling the sand beneath our feet, practicing deep breathing, and setting intentions for the week ahead. Afterward, we would enjoy a fresh seafood lunch at Malibu Farm or opt for a plant-based meal at Seabirds Kitchen in Costa Mesa. The afternoon would be spent walking along the beach, journaling, and taking in the beauty of the ocean. To close the day, we would have dinner at Geoffrey’s in Malibu, enjoying a peaceful sunset over the water.
On the second day, we would take a scenic hike at Topanga Canyon or Escondido Falls. Along the way, we would pause for moments of stillness and guided breathwork to fully appreciate the surrounding nature. After the hike, we would stop for a nourishing brunch at The Butcher’s Daughter in Venice, followed by an afternoon of exploring Abbot Kinney Boulevard, visiting local boutiques and wellness shops. In the evening, we would unwind with a sound bath and Reiki session at The Den Meditation or Unplug in Los Angeles.
The third day would focus on relaxation and self-care. We would begin the morning with a slow start, incorporating light stretching or yoga before heading to a spa retreat. A visit to Glen Ivy Hot Springs or Two Bunch Palms would allow for deep relaxation through mineral pools and therapeutic treatments. After a restful afternoon, we would end the day with dinner at Gracias Madre, enjoying a plant-based meal in a peaceful setting.
Midway through the trip, we would dedicate a day to creativity and cultural experiences. We would begin with a visit to The Getty Center or LACMA to explore art and gain inspiration. For lunch, we would enjoy vibrant, healthy bowls at Honey Hi in Echo Park before heading to a cozy café like The Assembly in West Hollywood to create dream boards and set new personal intentions. In the evening, we would take in an outdoor movie at Hollywood Forever Cemetery or listen to live music at Hotel Café.
For a change of pace, we would take a day trip to San Diego, starting the morning with a scenic drive down the coast. In La Jolla Cove, we would go kayaking or snorkeling, taking in the breathtaking ocean views and observing sea lions up close. Lunch would be a fresh poke meal at The Fishery in Pacific Beach. As the day winds down, we would enjoy a sunset at George’s at the Cove, reflecting on the trip and appreciating the slower pace of the moment.
The sixth day would be dedicated to nourishment and reflection. We would visit the Lake Shrine Meditation Gardens in Pacific Palisades for a guided meditation and journaling session, providing space to slow down and process the experiences of the week. Breakfast at Gjusta in Venice would offer a delicious and organic meal, followed by an afternoon trip to a farmers’ market to gather fresh produce and handmade goods. The evening would be spent at Manuela in the Arts District, where we would enjoy a cozy dinner and deep conversations over tea.
On the final day, we would take a quiet morning walk along Palisades Park in Santa Monica, soaking in the last moments of the trip. Our final meal would be at Café Gratitude, where we could reflect on the week and set intentions for what comes next. Before heading to the airport, I would send my friend off with a gratitude note and a small wellness gift to carry a piece of the experience home.
This itinerary would offer the perfect blend of adventure, wellness, and deep connection. Each day would provide a mix of movement, nourishment, self-care, and personal growth while allowing space to simply enjoy the beauty of Southern California.

Before creating Flourish Healing and Wellness Space, we were four individuals committed to healing through different modalities. Alexis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Myeisha, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, provided therapeutic guidance in Mental Health/Wellness, Adriana, a Reiki Master Therapist, Intuitive & Sound Practitioner, brought energy healing and vibrational therapy, and Irma, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Lymphatic Specialist, offered bodywork that supported deep healing.
Being surrounded by supportive women who uplift, empower, and encourage us to pursue our dreams is truly a gift. Flourish Healing and Wellness Space is built on the foundation of collective strength, where women come together to inspire one another, share wisdom, and create a space for healing and transformation. Whether through our retreats, workshops, or everyday interactions, we are constantly reminded of the power of community and the importance of holding space for each other. This environment of encouragement fuels our growth, allowing us to step into our purpose with confidence and authenticity.
