Meet Alla Lazareva | Founder LYMPH8

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alla Lazareva and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alla, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve always known that I wanted to build something of my own—something with meaning, impact, and a signature style. This isn’t my first venture; it’s a journey I’ve been on for a long time. I have a deep passion for creating ideas and turning them into reality, and I trust my intuition when it comes to anticipating emerging trends.
As a first-generation immigrant, and someone who has experienced multiple immigrations in my life, I know what it means to start over, adapt, and build something from the ground up. For me, America is still the place where the American Dream is real—where vision, hard work, and determination can turn ambition into success.
Owning my own business and brand isn’t just a career choice—it’s a privilege, a statement of independence, and the ultimate form of creativity. It allows me to shape a vision, set new standards, and bring luxury and innovation together in a way that feels both personal and timeless.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At LYMPH8, we stand out from the crowd because we are not just another beauty brand for body care. From the very beginning, my mission was to create functional, effective products that truly deliver results and can become bestsellers. This vision led to the creation of LYMPH8.
We are seeing a rising trend in lymphatic drainage and body care, which I recognized as an exciting opportunity. After spending a year researching trends and the market, I made the decision to introduce LYMPH8 with bandage wraps as our signature product.
The bandage wrap is not only innovative but also the brand-defining product that we chose to launch first. Why eight? LYMPH8 will eventually feature eight products designed for lymphatic drainage, and we are beginning with a pre-soaked bandage wrap that is infused with a powerful serum. You simply unwrap it and apply it to your body. This product helps reduce water retention, targets cellulite, and enhances body contouring, making it an essential self-care solution for home or spa use.
What excites me the most is the impact LYMPH8 can have, especially after long flights or when experiencing puffiness in the legs. I believe this product is revolutionary in body care, just as sheet masks were for facial skincare.
Starting this brand wasn’t easy. The most challenging part of being an entrepreneur and building my own brand has been enduring the “rollercoaster” of entrepreneurship. One minute, a piece of news can elevate you, making you feel like you’ve achieved success, and then, just a few hours later or that evening, you might receive news about new difficulties. The daily ups and downs are something every entrepreneur must learn to navigate. These constant emotional and business swings are the core challenge of entrepreneurship.
What I want the world to know about LYMPH8 is that it’s a brand dedicated to providing effective, results-driven solutions for lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, and self-care. I want every person who needs products for lymphatic drainage, to combat puffiness, or to care for their body to immediately think of LYMPH8.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’ve been living in Los Angeles for only two years, and I can’t say that I actively hang out. Most of my time is taken up by my business and family. My son is into sports, and I really enjoy spending time at his competitions, talking to the other parents and coaches. For me, it’s a place where the best people gather. As for food, drinks, and outings, I really love spending time in nature, whether it’s hiking in the forest or by the ocean. Nature helps me switch from business mode to enjoying real life, and it’s also very good for my health. Usually, my day off consists of a morning workout, a walk along the ocean, and breakfast at a café. But my favorite place to unwind is my home. I love hosting dinners and breakfasts, and I enjoy inviting complete strangers. For me, it’s the best opportunity for exchanging information and being part of that constant flow of ideas.
One of my favorite places in California is probably Big Sur. I love the views of the coastline, the lush forest, and the incredible sunshine. It’s no wonder that the film industry is so developed in Los Angeles. I think the secret lies in the unique light here.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m on a journey, and I feel like I’m only at the beginning. There wasn’t one specific book, organization, or person that shaped me—it’s been a process, built from countless books, trainings, transformations, and continuous self-work that led me to where I am today. I’m deeply grateful to my family, loved ones, my supportive husband, and my friends. I’m also thankful to my school for instilling in me a scientific worldview and to everyone who saw potential in me. But in the end, when I emigrated to America, I was already in a place where I simply couldn’t not take action—I would have still done what I did, no matter what.
