Meet Esther Andries | Wellness Entrepreneur & AI-Driven Business Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Esther Andries and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Esther, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I’m not afraid of risk. But I never go into it blind. For me, it has to be calculated.
When I launched my first business, Divers, a healthy food bar in Antwerp, I didn’t just write one business plan. I wrote two. One was the dream scenario if everything went well. The other mapped out the worst-case scenario — how long I could keep things running, when I’d need to pivot, and at what point I’d pull the plug if it didn’t work. That second plan gave me so much peace. It let me move forward with clarity, not just hope.
That mindset carried into every leap after that. Moving from Belgium to LA, running my supplement brand from another continent, leaving behind everything familiar to chase a dream — it was all risky. But I knew I was supposed to be here. I’ve learned that when something is aligned, even if it feels bold or scary, you go for it.
The biggest risk? Staying in the U.S. after my divorce and the bankruptcy of one of my businesses. I had every reason to go back home. No visa. No income. No support system. But I stayed. I fought for my own visa. I lived with so much uncertainty for months — no financial safety net, no real backup plan. Just a gut feeling that told me, “You’re not done here.”
And that’s really it. I take risks. But I plan, I prepare, and I listen to my gut. Always. That voice has never let me down.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I help entrepreneurs and founders build businesses that support their life instead of run it. Through my consulting and events, I focus on smart systems, AI integration, and personal wellness as key strategies for growth. I’m also the creator of Glow From Within, a digital reset program for women navigating major life transitions.
What sets my work apart is the blend: it’s strategy meets soul. I don’t believe in choosing between scaling a business and feeling good in your body and mind. You get to have both. I use wellness tools, mindset practices, and modern automation like AI to help founders simplify, focus, and grow sustainably.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve built and sold a business, faced bankruptcy with another business, gone through divorce, and had to completely reinvent my life and work in a new country. But those challenges taught me how to build smarter — not harder.
One of the things I’m most proud of is my Aestetik Connections events in LA. I created them as a response to how much the women in my life have meant to me. They’ve been my safety net, my brainstorm partners, and my biggest cheerleaders. I wanted to build a space where that kind of connection could happen intentionally, and watching those rooms fill with energy, collaboration, and sisterhood has been a full-circle moment.
What I want people to know is this: it’s possible to design a business that feels good, looks good, and works well, without losing yourself in the process. You don’t have to “push through” forever. There’s a better way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit, I’d plan a week that feels like a reset and a little indulgence. The way I love to experience LA. We’d start slow with morning walks through the Beverly Hills flats, then grab a protein smoothie at earth bar or a matcha at blue bottle and head to the Melrose Place farmers market on Sunday. I love how that whole area just feels calm and elevated, plus it’s great people watching :).
Wellness would definitely be part of the week. I’d book us a session at Pause for a cold plunge and infrared sauna, then Evoken Pilates or a class at Heated Room. It’s my go-to combo when I want to feel strong and clear again.
Evenings would be all about great food and good energy. Ysabel for a chic dinner. Marvin for casual dinner and wine and just good vibes. Rooftop at Funke for views and a little glam. We’d do RVR Venice for that laid-back coastal vibe and end at Chez Mia for drinks. The ambiance there is next level.
We’d spend a full day in Malibu. Stroll the pier. Shop the market. Maybe bring lunch to the beach and just hang out. I’d definitely make time for a hot yoga session at Silver Springs too. It’s a hidden gem and feels like stepping into another world. Quiet, intentional, special.
To me, showing someone around LA is about curating the right mix. A little movement. Great food. Space to breathe. Beautiful surroundings.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the women in my life — my family, my friends, my community. I’ve never had that one mentor or coach who changed everything; instead, it’s been the collective presence of strong, supportive women who’ve walked beside me through both the wins and the tough seasons. They inspire how I lead, how I build, and how I live.
That’s actually what sparked the idea behind my Aestetik Connections events in LA. I wanted to create a space where women could connect not just professionally, but meaningfully — because it’s those real relationships that have shaped every chapter of my journey. Whether it’s launching a business, recovering from a setback, or simply celebrating life, the power of a solid network is everything.
I’ve also found so much mindset and wellness guidance in voices like Mel Robbins, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Lewis Howes. Their work reminds me that growth is as much about inner alignment as it is about external success. When I need a mindset reset or a reminder to keep going, those are the books and podcasts I return to.
