I believe risk-taking is hardwired into our primal nature—a core instinct that drives growth. To evolve, we must step into the unknown, embracing uncertainty as the catalyst for progress. With a robust education from the University of Bath and Vanderbilt University, I could have followed a conventional path in clinical practice. Instead, I leaned into risk, building a dynamic career as an online profiler and creator, attracting over 25,000 followers to my YouTube channel in just one year. Read More>>

Risk is at the heart of my story. Moxie Creative Solutions wasn’t born from a business plan. It was a messy combination of gut instinct, lucky breaks, and a whole lot of fast learning. I didn’t know what was next, but I knew I couldn’t stay put. Read More>>

I think there’s a misconception about taking risks because some professions and careers seem more risky than others but the truth is everybody is taking a risk in pursuing something. You will always run the risk of it not working out, nothing in life is guaranteed and just because you have to have a degree for one career really doesn’t make it much safer than one that doesn’t. That being said I think taking risks is crucial in being a musician/artist.  Read More>>

I believe that risk-taking is a mutual aspect of our daily life, and we have to take risks every day. As an international artist located in Brooklyn, NY, every decision-making comes with a larger price. Every time when I starting my new project on art, I have to consider the impact in my narrative, especially about my immigrant background. I have to consider the impact of my work and how my work being interpetion by my audience. Read More>>

I think risk is a necessary part of doing anything meaningful. Starting Zakuska wasn’t part of some perfectly mapped out plan. It came from trusting my instincts, saying yes before I had all the answers, and figuring it out along the way. There’s always uncertainty when you’re creating something from scratch, especially in a saturated industry like catering.  Read More>>

I think risk taking is a crucial part to working in a creative field. I don’t consider myself to be a creative per se, I think I’m someone who really enjoys working with creatives and helping them successfully pursue their creative endeavors. I have friends who want to be directors, musicians, cinematographers and photographers. They have to take risks in order to create their art, they have to put up money, time & effort on top of maintaining their day jobs and responsibilities. I love watching people’s ideas become a reality so I support them with my time & effort and it’s been worth it every time! Read More>>

“I’ve always lived by the idea that ‘big risk brings big reward.’ My life and career haven’t followed a straight path—instead, I’ve embraced a non-linear journey, intentionally stepping into uncertainty to see where it might lead. I’ve studied the arts, explored fields as diverse as veterinary medicine, bartending, sales, home building, and the motorcycle world —dipping my toes into each to discover what truly sparked my interest. I wasn’t afraid to start over or pivot when something didn’t align with my values or passions. Read More>>

As an up and coming model, taking risks has pushed me to grow and stand out. Saying “yes” to bold (sometimes scary and intimidating) choices and new opportunities has opened doors and helped me build confidence in myself and my career. Stepping out of my comfort zone shows the kind of diversity i’m capable of. Im not just a one trick pony. I can do it all if i really put my mind to it and truly believe in myself! Read More>>

I’ve come to believe that risk is the price of purpose. I will never reach the life I envision by staying in the safety of what’s familiar. I have dreams so big they border on delusion, but I’d rather risk everything chasing them than live with the weight of “what if.” Read More>>
