Hi Ara, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
To create a one stop shop for property investors and owners. A seamless process and everything in house. At the same time, individual services to satisfy different clientele. My goal as an entrepreneur is freedom – financial and time.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What I am most proud is I did this alone and truly without any luck. I did get help and advise from certain professionals and a couple close people. Most entrepreneurs need a relatively large financial backing and involve investors as well partners. This company is like my fourth child and it feels good that you go home knowing this was created from an idea and carried through repetition, persistence, resilience, and sheer passion. I have to set fires out from morning until night and always having to solve problems, but they are all my problems and the solutions benefit myself, the company, and the people involved in the company.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oakmont Country Club for some amazing drinks and food, scenery, and some golf. Los Angeles unfortunately is not what it use to be.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I funded my company by my self and no partners. I had supports from a few family but usually entrepreneurs have partners, investors, but they all have an uphill battle and a lot of naysayers.
