We had the good fortune of connecting with Nikita Dalal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nikita, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The habits that helped me feel succeed are repetitive practice of perfecting my assisted stretches. Making sure I have the correct flow of stretches for each individual and able to modify stretches as needed based on each individual needs. Practicing assisted stretching on different body types: female, male, kid, athlete, pro athletes etc etc. Practice makes perfect is the motto I went with to help me achieve the accuracy of my personalized stretching.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Stretch with Niki is a mobile, personalized, assisted stretching in Southbay/Los Angeles area. What sets me apart is it’s a mobile service – we come to you! You don’t have to get ready, drive in traffic and then go to a storefront for a stretch session. Service comes to you – making it very convenient and comfortable to be stretched in your own comfort of home. Assisted stretching is beneficial that too when it is performed by a professional. It helps you in many ways from decrease stiffness, increase flexibility, increase circulation, better range of motion/mobility and my favorite – preventing an injury. These are just a few to name. I had to make people believe that stretching is as important as working out. Stretching is the missing puzzle piece to a complete workout/life balance. Stretching is important for anyone and everyone and not only athletes, gymgoers or for people who think they are tight. It is beneficial to all humankind. I would like to the world to know that you can live pain free, stretching will help you alleviate body aches/pains; stretching is as important as cardio and/or strength training. Let a professional take care of your body and prevent that injury before it even comes to you. Try it out to believe it!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my friend to all over southbay/los angeles area. From 1 pier to another. Manhattan beach pier, hermosa beach pier, redondo pier, torrance beach, palos verdes area. Let them try all the local coffee shops and bakery. Blue buttery, bluestone lane, the boy and the bear are few local favorite coffee shops. Try out all the local ice cream shops, hike the beautiful palos verdes, enjoy the beaches. For any adventurous friends, Universal studios, knotts berry farm, disneyland are few tourist sports besides to check out.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to thank all my family and friends who have supported and believed in me and my business strategies.
