Meet Giselle Samson

We had the good fortune of connecting with Giselle Samson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Giselle, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Honestly? Because I had no choice. Creativity has always been my native language. From the moment I could walk, I was dancing. From the moment I could speak, I was performing. I’m that girl who turned living room furniture into a stage and Barbie dolls into characters in full-blown soap operas.
But beyond the glitter and stage lights, pursuing an artistic and creative path has always been about something deeper: connection. Whether I’m on stage, behind a camera, or designing jewelry with a purpose, my mission is to move people—to make them feel seen, empowered, and inspired.
I believe creativity is one of the most powerful forms of communication and healing. It’s how I express my truth, and more importantly, how I help others reconnect with theirs. So really, I didn’t just choose a creative career. It chose me, wrapped in rhinestones and realness, and I’ve been saying yes ever since.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is layered—just like life. It lives in performance, in storytelling, in jewelry, and in the small but meaningful moments that spark human connection. Whether I’m on a stage, in front of a camera, or designing a pendant with purpose, my creative work always comes from the same place: love, soul, and the desire to uplift others.
What sets me apart? I blend heart and hustle. I’m not afraid to be raw, real, and ridiculously hopeful. My jewelry brand, Kiss the World, isn’t just about accessories—it’s about unity, intention, and impact. Every piece sold supports a cause like St. Jude or Wounded Warrior Project. I’m proud to say that my work doesn’t just sparkle—it serves.
Getting to where I am hasn’t been easy. I took a 15-year hiatus from the industry, battled self-doubt, rejection, and reinvention. But each setback taught me resilience. Each “no” became redirection. And every quiet moment became an opportunity to rebuild not just my career—but my voice.
What I’ve learned? You can pivot and still be powerful. You can start over and still succeed. And most importantly, your story—your real story—is your superpower.
So here’s what I want the world to know: I’m not here just to entertain. I’m here to elevate. To remind people that it’s never too late, that kindness matters, and that beauty gets even better with grit and grace.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting me in SoCal? She’s getting the ultimate week of glam, grounding, and good vibes.
Day 1: Arrival + Sunset Reset
Welcome hugs and matcha lattes in hand—we’re kicking things off with a little grounding. First stop: Glen Ivy Hot Springs for a mineral bath and mud mask moment. Afterward, we head to South Coast Plaza for a little luxury therapy (shopping counts as cardio, right?). End the day with rooftop cocktails and tapas at Skyloft Laguna Beach as the sun dips into the Pacific.
Day 2: Desert Glow-Up
Road trip to Palm Springs! Brunch at Cheeky’s, vintage shopping on Palm Canyon Drive, and snapping pics at That Pink Door because, hello, content. Chill poolside at The Parker or Ace Hotel, then dinner under the stars at Workshop Kitchen. Vibes? Immaculate.
Day 3: Art + Soul in LA
We head west to LA—start with a morning hike to the Wisdom Tree or Runyon Canyon (with a puppy cameo from my Maltipoo, Fia, of course). Then hit The Broad Museum downtown for a culture fix. Lunch at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, and maybe a stroll down Melrose to vintage hunt. Evening plans? Live music at Hotel Café or a cabaret show at Bar Lis—theatrical glam is a must.
Day 4: Malibu Magic
Early drive to Malibu Farm Pier Cafe for breakfast and ocean air. Midday wine tasting at Rosenthal by the beach. Wind down with a beach picnic and girl talk until sunset. Barefoot, no schedule, just vibes.
Day 5: Wellness & Wonder
Time to recharge. A dreamy sound bath and breathwork session at Unplug Meditation Studio in Santa Monica. Smoothies from Erewhon (obviously) and a peaceful afternoon journaling at Lake Shrine Temple & Gardens. Quiet magic that stirs the soul.
Day 6: Kiss the World Pop-Up Day
This is where passion meets purpose. I’d bring my bestie to a Kiss the World pop-up event—where jewelry, community, and heart collide. She’d help me set up, meet supporters, and soak in the joy of giving back. Dinner to celebrate at Nobu Newport Beach—because we sparkle AND splurge.
Day 7: Dream Day
We’d slow it down and dream big—vision boards, manifestation chats, and dance breaks in the living room. Brunch in our robes, sunset beach walk in Laguna, and late-night dessert at The Montage. Because every trip should end with sweet intention.
Bottom line? My ideal week is a mix of beauty, inspiration, laughter, and intention—just like me. California has the magic, and I bring the sparkle. ✨

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This one goes to my incredible aunt, Brigitte Samson—my forever front-row cheerleader and heart warrior. From sitting through 3-hour dance recitals when I was still in pigtails to being the first person to purchase anything I’ve ever created, launched, or even whispered into existence—your unwavering support has been nothing short of legendary.
You’ve shown up for me in every season, with love, encouragement, and your signature sparkle. Every bold step I’ve taken has had your silent strength behind it. Thank you for believing in me, buying from me, bragging about me, and loving me exactly as I am.
None of this would shine as brightly without you.
