We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie Boyatt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The idea for bevee came from a real-life need—I was constantly juggling multiple drinks for my daughter and her friends, friends, or work meetings, and every single time, those flimsy cardboard drink carriers failed me. They’d tip, rip, or spill, and I kept thinking, there has to be a better way. That frustration sparked the idea for a reusable, durable drink carrier.

As a single mom, I’ve always been resourceful and determined, and I wanted to build something that not only solved my own problem but also helped other people. My thought process was: if I could create a product that made life easier, was eco-friendly, and looked good while doing it, there was a real opportunity.

Starting my own business wasn’t just about selling a product—it was about creating something I believed in, taking control of my future, and showing my kids that with persistence, you can turn an idea into something real. I didn’t have all the answers, but I had the drive, and that was enough to start.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Bevee is a reusable, stylish drink carrier designed to solve a very real (and very annoying) problem—carrying multiple drinks without spills, waste, or frustration. Whether you’re a busy mom, a tailgater, or a coffee run hero, Bevee makes life easier, cleaner, and way more fun. We’ve taken the old-school cardboard drink carrier and upgraded it into something durable, washable, and even gift-worthy.

What sets us apart is that we’re not just solving a functional problem—we’re creating a brand people feel proud to carry. It’s a blend of utility, sustainability, and style. And with our new FanFuel line, we’re bringing that same innovation to game days, Greek life, and college towns across the country.

Getting to this point wasn’t easy. I’m a single mom who left behind a stable corporate job to pursue a dream—and that came with plenty of sleepless nights, self-doubt, and financial pressure. I didn’t know how to manufacture a product, patent it, or get it on Amazon. I had to teach myself everything step by step, and there were countless moments I felt in over my head. But I kept going. I asked questions, Googled everything, leaned on my community, and refused to give up.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that progress doesn’t require perfection—it just requires persistence. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.

I want the world to know that bevee was born out of everyday chaos, built with love, and driven by a belief that simple solutions can have a big impact. And I hope my story encourages other women, moms, and underdogs to believe they can build something bold

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give a huge shoutout to my best friend, Amy, who owns the yoga studio I go to. She has been one of my biggest cheerleaders from day one—encouraging me to write my book Pivot & Persevere, cheering me on when I finally left my corporate job, and reminding me every single time things got tough to never, ever quit. Amy has this incredible energy that inspires everyone around her, and she’s been that voice in my ear saying, ‘You’ve got this.’ I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without her support.
