Hi Stefanie, where are you from and how has your background shaped who you are?
I grew up in Studio City, back when it was a small, close-knit pocket of L.A. Watching it evolve while still keeping its charm shaped who I am and how I serve.
My family raised me on hard work, integrity, and entrepreneurship — values that helped me become a top-ranked Los Angeles agent and place in the top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide.
Community has always been part of my life. From neighborhood events to donation drives, staying connected helps me understand the people I serve. Studio City isn’t just where I live — it’s part of my identity.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is grounded in honesty, strategy, and genuine care. Real estate is personal, and I guide clients with clarity and transparency every step of the way.
What makes me different is my commitment to community. My annual food drive is now in its 12th year, and I regularly host events like the Ice Cream Social, shredding days, and donation efforts. These aren’t marketing tactics — they’re opportunities to build trust and bring neighbors together.
A standout moment was coordinating the Help Heal Our Neighbors Wildfire Drive, which grew from a small idea into a full community effort. That spirit of service is the same energy I bring to my clients: problem-solving, advocating, and supporting them through major life decisions.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Studio City wins everyone over. I always start at the Sunday Farmers Market, followed by sushi on Ventura Boulevard’s famous “Sushi Row.”
For fresh air, Fryman Canyon offers beautiful, approachable trails with stunning views. And of course, you’re minutes from the beach, the Hollywood Bowl, and so many iconic L.A. experiences. It’s easy to fall in love with this community — most people do.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents, both entrepreneurs, taught me integrity and resilience.
My husband brings humor and perspective from his commercial real estate world.
My daughter has grown up alongside my business, volunteering at events and reminding me why community matters.
And most importantly — my clients. Their trust fuels my work every day. The greatest compliment I can receive is a referral to someone looking for a caring, knowledgeable advisor.
