Meet Yui Ueno

We had the good fortune of connecting with Yui Ueno and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Yui, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
In the fast-paced world of Real Estate, it’s easy to get lost in the numbers, the contracts, and the “sold” signs. But for me, the true North of my brand has always been advocacy.
My passion isn’t just for property; it’s for the people inside them. Whether I’m navigating the intricate legal landscapes of California real estate, coordinating with HOAs, or trilingually bridging gaps for my clients, my mission remains the same: to be the unwavering voice in your corner.
I believe that every client deserves more than a facilitator—they deserve a partner who operates with absolute integrity and loyalty. To me, success is measured by the peace of mind you feel on closing day, knowing that every detail was handled with precision and every challenge was met with a solution.
Real estate is about building a future. I’m just honored to help you lay the foundation.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real estate isn’t about “selling” someone a house; it’s about protecting my clients through one of the largest financial transitions of their lives. I’ve learned that the most successful transactions are those where I act as a fierce fiduciary, prioritizing legal compliance and the client’s long-term peace of mind over a quick close.
The Strength of Diversity: Being trilingual (English, Japanese, and Chinese) isn’t just a skill—it’s a bridge. I’ve learned that communication is about more than just words; it’s about cultural nuances, building trust across different backgrounds, and ensuring everyone feels heard and respected.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My Top 3 South Bay Highlights:
Point Vicente Lighthouse (Palos Verdes): The ultimate spot for cliffside walks and whale watching. It’s the most iconic sunset view on the Peninsula.
Torrance “Little Japan”: A world-class culinary destination. Whether it’s a high-end sushi bar or a bustling Japanese marketplace, it’s an authentic slice of Tokyo in LA.
Riviera Village (South Redondo): A charming, walkable collection of boutiques and cafes just steps from the sand. It has a relaxed, upscale European vibe.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
No one reaches the finish line alone. While I am the face of my brand, the backbone of my success is the incredible team and leadership at Estate Properties.
In an industry that is constantly shifting—especially in the complex South Bay market—having a broker that prioritizes integrity, modern strategy, and unwavering support is a game-changer. They aren’t just a brokerage; they are the platform that allows me to provide the high-level advocacy my clients deserve.
