Meet Claudia Borges | Energy Healing Practitioner & Host of Beyond Energy Healing

We had the good fortune of connecting with Claudia Borges and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Claudia, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor has been my willingness to evolve, internally first, externally second.
When I began my journey in energy healing in 2016, it wasn’t a business decision. It was a personal reckoning. I had to rebuild my life from the inside out. That experience shaped how I lead today, not from theory, but from lived transformation.
In business, success hasn’t come from chasing trends or adding more services. It has come from structure, refinement, and the courage to simplify. I have learned that clarity builds authority. When you know what you offer, who you serve, and the outcome you create, growth becomes intentional rather than accidental.
Mentally, the key has been discipline of thought. I don’t allow temporary fear, comparison, or external noise to dictate my direction. I return to alignment. I make decisions from vision, not emotion.
Success, for me, is not about expansion at any cost. It’s about sustainable growth, energetic integrity, and building something that reflects who I have become.
And that internal stability is what supports everything else.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My work centers on helping people restore balance during moments when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally heavy. While my foundation is rooted in energy healing, what truly defines my business today is clarity of intention. I guide clients through experiences that help regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their inner stability, and move forward with greater confidence.
What sets me apart is the way I blend intuitive awareness with practical grounding. My sessions are not about spectacle or quick fixes — they are about helping people feel steady again. Over nearly a decade in practice, I’ve evolved from offering multiple modalities to creating a more refined, outcome-focused approach that reflects both experience and maturity.
It wasn’t an easy path. I began in 2016 during a deeply transformative chapter of my own life. In the early years, I overextended myself and learned through trial and error. Growth required honest self-reflection — refining my offerings, strengthening boundaries, and stepping fully into leadership.
As I approach ten years in this field, I’m proud not just of longevity, but of the consistency and integrity required to sustain this work. My brand represents evolution — from personal healing to guiding others with clarity and confidence.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came for a week, I’d show them the California I love — ocean views, great food, and unhurried moments. We’d start in Malibu with lunch at Geoffrey’s Malibu and sunset dinner at Nobu Malibu, wander through the Getty Villa, and catch city views at Griffith Observatory as the lights come on. We’d explore Santa Monica and Venice, visit The Broad for art, and take a slow day in Ojai, maybe ending at Ojai Valley Inn at sunset. For me, the best of LA is simple — beautiful scenery, meaningful conversation, and space to truly enjoy where you are.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would first acknowledge the mentor who introduced me to energy healing and, more importantly, to disciplined inner work. That early guidance provided structure during a period when I was rebuilding my life, and it laid the foundation for everything that followed.
I would also recognize the clients and students who trusted me while I was still refining my voice and leadership. Their willingness to grow alongside me shaped the practitioner I became.
Ultimately, while mentorship and community matter deeply, I also believe success requires personal ownership. The people who supported me opened doors, but I had to choose to walk through them consistently.
