Meet Angelica Querubin | Nurse Practitioner & Founder/Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Angelica Querubin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Angelica, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My journey into starting my own business really came from a combination of passion and motherhood. I’ve always been deeply passionate about aesthetics, the artistry behind it, the science, and the confidence it can give people. But the moment that truly shifted my mindset happened during one of the most vulnerable and beautiful seasons of my life: postpartum.
I had just given birth to my 2nd son and I remember holding him in my arms and having this overwhelming realization that I wanted to do more. Not just for myself, but for my kids and their future. In that quiet moment, I asked myself, What more can I do to give them the best life possible? That question stayed with me.
Building my own business became the answer. It was about creating something meaningful, using my skills and passion in aesthetics while also building a future that my children could be proud of. My kids became my biggest motivation and the reason I took the leap. I wanted them to grow up seeing their mom work hard, follow her vision, and create opportunities not just for our family, but for others as well.
Starting my business wasn’t just about entrepreneurship, it was about purpose, legacy, and wanting to give my children the best deserving life possible. Sometimes the most powerful ideas are born in the quiet moments when you realize you’re capable of building something bigger than yourself.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business was built from a genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. I wanted to create something that felt modern, approachable, and accessible. I wanted to build something that blends beauty and wellness in a way that fits naturally into people’s lifestyles.
One of the things that sets my business apart is that I offer concierge aesthetic and wellness services, which means I’m able to bring treatments directly to my clients in the comfort of their own homes. For many people, convenience and privacy are important, and I love being able to provide that personalized experience. My goal has always been to make high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments more accessible while still maintaining a very elevated, personalized level of care.
Another big part of my business is community. I collaborate frequently with community events, wellness events and Pilates studios where I’m able to introduce people to treatments like wellness shots, IV therapy, and aesthetic services. These events are such a fun way to connect with people, educate them about aesthetics and wellness, and bring more awareness to what I love to do. I really enjoy creating those moments where people can learn about taking care of themselves in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Getting to where I am today definitely wasn’t easy. Like most entrepreneurs, the journey came with challenges. I really can’t believe I started this business immediately after just having my second child, so balancing being a mother, growing my career in aesthetic nursing, and building a business from the ground up all at the same time was stressful but worth it. There were long days, a lot of learning, and many moments that pushed me outside of my comfort zone. But every challenge taught me something valuable about resilience, discipline, and believing in your vision even when the path isn’t perfectly clear.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned along the way are the importance of staying authentic, continuing to invest in education, and surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to grow. This industry is constantly evolving, and I’m always committed to learning, improving my skills, and expanding the services I can provide.
What I want people to know about my brand and my story is that it’s built on passion, connection, and purpose. I truly love what I do, whether that’s helping someone feel more confident through aesthetic treatments, wellness services, or connecting with the community through events. At the heart of it all, my goal is simple: to help people feel their best while building something meaningful for my family and the future.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week, I’d definitely make it a mix of good food, wellness and fun little adventures. I’m the type of person who loves a good balance of self-care and a little bit of chaos in the best way!
We’d probably start the mornings slow with coffee and a Pilates class because that’s just my vibe. I’d take them to a cute local Pilates studio, get a good sweat in, and then grab matcha or coffee after while we plan the rest of the day.
For food, we’d be doing a full tour of my favorite spots. Brunch is non-negotiable, so we’d hit somewhere with amazing French toast, omelettes and lattes. Lunch would probably be something light and fresh like sushi, a really good salad or a cute café. Dinner is where we’d have the most fun: trying new restaurants, sharing plates, ordering way too many appetizers, and definitely dessert.
Somewhere in the week I’d take her to my medical spa and spoil her with some treatments! Who doesn’t love free self care treatments? She would get a full experience of what I love doing.
There would definitely be a night out too with us getting cute and dressed up, listening to good music, yummy cocktails, and yapping away. I’m big on experiences, so the week would really be about good energy, good conversations, and making it memorable for her!
Honestly, the best part wouldn’t even be the specific places but it would just be spending time together, exploring, and eating great food.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would absolutely dedicate my shoutout to my family first and foremost- my kids and my partner. My children are truly my biggest motivation behind everything I do. They remind me every day why I work so hard and why building something meaningful matters. My partner has also been an incredible source of support, believing in my vision and standing by me through the long hours, the risks, and the growth that comes with building a business.
I’m also deeply grateful for my close friends and my immediate family who have supported me along the way. Having people in your corner who believe in you makes such a difference when you’re pursuing something big.
And of course, I owe a lot to the amazing people I’ve worked with throughout my career in aesthetic nursing. The mentors, colleagues, and industry professionals who took the time to teach me, guide me, and inspire me played a huge role in shaping the provider I am today. So many of the skills and insights I carry with me came from learning alongside incredibly talented people in this field.
