Hi Christiana, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I feel like my whole life was based on taking risk, living on my own terms, and not what society or pressures have tried to condition me to believe about myself. At the age of 16 I literally was already owning my own apartment and I’m having my own substantial income at the age of 19 I started a business, and I’ve never looked back ever since. I knew once I got a tattoo for sure that I was never going to be able to work for any traditional corporate job. But I did get hired through a company in Orange County, and I used to years to sit under the CEO and learn everything he knew. I literally even decided to take a risks like borrowing his books from his personal library in the office. I’ve always been a person to push myself, and my brain has always been inquisitive, but most importantly, God is always gotten me through some of the most scariest risk’s of my life, like moving across the country with nothing, or driving with all I had packed in a car for 5 days across country. Like starting a business as a mother, and sacrificing the things just to get to the next level. I feel like if it doesn’t scare you you’re not really pushing yourself and if your dreams are not big, you need to think bigger!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Concierge BNB is an elite service provider for top hosts earning 6 to 8 figures on the Airbnb platform. Our focus is our providers & properties, in an industry that solely focus on consumers, we knew if we focused on what platform’s can’t handle or help, that we would stand out. With everything going AI, or automated property owner’s need someone on the ground running.

Owner’s and top host’s want to focus on expansion, and growing. We give them space to focus on multiplying while we focus on the following; day-to-day processes, inventory, check in and check out, flows, communication, team, workflows, contractors, property, upkeep, and so much more!
This is why our name stands out because we are literally a concierge service model business.
Our main mission is a seamless check in and check out process, leaving the guest with a five star experience & a stress free host!

One of the most impactful lesson’s I’ve learned, is when dealing with growing, and building a team, have contracts, and everything in writing.
You will save yourself from a lot of personal stress! Also – with retention on growing your team, spend more time on the people with character, not just skill.
Most of the time you can help people build the skills, you rarely can teach character!
If you’re not willing to be like, humble, misunderstood, don’t get into business. I’m truly grateful that I was never able to quit. But I had the resilience to continue to see my vision come to life, even if that means I spoke things when they were not visible yet. One of the most challenging parts in my life was running my business while sleeping in the office with my sons we slept on the floor, For 6 months we had to wake early and pretend we had just arrived before anybody came to the building. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to accomplish while running a business company on my own but I felt like I was being guided and protected so that was reassurance to not quit. I knew that I was able to handle anything that came my way after that experience. Entrepreneurship is not for the weak. You will have slow moments, slow seasons, and then peak moments & high season’s! The benefit I’ve learned is learning how to survive in ALL seasons, and being wise. I feel right now I am on a journey of more purpose and passion and getting paid to exist for those things and creativity. I’ve also been able to challenge the mind shift around abundance, opening and going through highs and lows I started to realize that the abundance is inside all of us. Once I unlock this now everything is possible!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was coming to Los Angeles for a full week and I wanted them to experience the perfect mix of ✨ luxury, aesthetic vibes, amazing food, nightlife, wellness, beach energy, creator culture, and unforgettable memories — this would honestly be the itinerary.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, I would like to thank God for always pushing myself and having a close, tight relationship within my mind in my heart to open up at vulnerable tough times in my life. I’m not what I’ve been through, but I am the victor of what I’ve made it through and to still have some much light & love in me is astonishing! I would never been able to do or anything without the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I also want to say special thanks to the people along the way, that manipulated, backstabbed, or gossip about me. I’ve embraced it as misunderstood love, so I thank the pain, the non supportive family members that never sowed into me, — Pain when used and channeled correctly can be a great motivator, It actually made me a better person, and I am a type of person where I do better when I’m pressed against the wall or the corner. Not to become bitter but to become better and to use that as fuel to know that I’m on the right track as long as I never harden my heart. Like Beyonce said, the best revenge is your paper! – No, in all actuality, I’m very grateful also for my sons for always allowing me to go after my dreams of my passions, and being supportive just because they want to see me happy, and some amazing individuals who saw my light, and wanted to add to it, specials blessings to: Cay & Tristian, Ms.Mikki & Nana, Teshia Montez, Will, Da’ Dreama, Lauren, Faision they all are unique and special individuals who stayed consistent over the years, and all have pretty amazing hearts!!!
