Meet Dani Holman

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dani Holman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dani, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I am a firm believer that you have to take big risks to make major changes. Not only in your own life, but to make a major impact on the world. I was a young widow and single mama of 3 when I made the decision to quit my corporate job and focus solely on my business. My kids were approaching college age, I was working my full time job and running my business on the side, approaching burn out,, but unable to afford my house on just my corporate income. Something had to give and I knew it. I followed my instincts, listened to my heart, and decided success lies in following my passion. I have never once regretted that decision. It has not always been easy, there are slow seasons, money still got tight at first, but I knew I was doing what I was put on this earth to do.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I built my career in a way that probably doesn’t look traditional on paper, but every step led me exactly where I was meant to be. Professionally, I come from a background in recruiting, talent acquisition, leadership, and human connection. I spent years working in corporate environments, managing people, hiring teams, onboarding employees, and learning how to truly read and understand human behavior. At the same time, I was also deeply immersed in spirituality, energy healing, psychology, ancient religions, and intuitive development. Eventually, I realized my greatest strength was never just in business or spirituality alone — it was in the ability to bridge both worlds together.
Today, I work as a psychic medium, spiritual teacher, energy healer, and content creator under my brand “That Witch Dani.” What sets me apart is authenticity. I don’t present spirituality as something distant, perfect, or unattainable. I speak about it in a real, grounded, and honest way. I combine deep intuitive work with education, empowerment, humor, and lived experience. My goal has never been to create dependency or fantasy — it’s to help people reconnect with their own intuition, healing, and personal power.
The journey to get here was absolutely not easy. Like many people on a spiritual path, I went through immense personal transformation, loss, grief, reinvention, and periods where I had to completely rebuild myself from the ground up. One of the greatest challenges I faced was learning how to trust myself fully, especially in a world that often tells people to suppress their intuition or conform to expectations that don’t align with who they truly are. I also had to overcome fear surrounding visibility, judgment, and stepping into unconventional work publicly.
What helped me overcome those challenges was resilience, self-awareness, and a refusal to give up on my purpose. I learned that growth rarely happens inside comfort. Some of my hardest experiences became the exact things that allowed me to help others heal. I stopped seeing painful chapters as failures and began seeing them as lessons, catalysts, and part of the larger story I was meant to share.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that authenticity is power. People don’t connect to perfection — they connect to truth. I’ve also learned that intuition, empathy, and emotional intelligence are incredibly valuable skills, both personally and professionally. In many ways, my work is about helping people remember who they are underneath fear, conditioning, and survival mode.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that it was built from real experience, passion, and a genuine desire to help others evolve. “That Witch Dani” is more than a spiritual brand — it’s about empowerment, transformation, healing, and giving people permission to fully be themselves. I want people to walk away from my work feeling seen, inspired, stronger, and more connected to their own inner wisdom.
I’m proud that I created a career by embracing my authenticity, instead of shrinking myself to fit into what was expected of me. That decision changed my life, and now I hope my story encourages others to believe they can do the same. The thing I am the most proud of is watching my students and clients find themselves and their authenticity, and following their hearts and passions, to create the life they want to live.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I now live in Southwest Florida, but spent a few years between my home in New Jersey & here, I am also a huge music lover and singer/songwriter. As a native of the Asbury Park, NJ area, I take everyone to see live music in town when I’m there. Usually at The Stone Pony or Wonder Bar. Drinks at my favorite local spot Kim Marie’s (world’s greatest Mac & cheese), nights on the boardwalk at Low Dive. Now that I am living on the Gulf Coast of Florida we spend a lot of time at this great venue/ restaurant Sugarshack Downtown in Bonita Springs & in downtown Fort Myers. Every day ends with a beautiful gulf coast sunset & usually includes some pool time during the day. Music & gorgeous beaches are pretty much my favorite things outside of my work. I’ve taken up seashell hunting here and have found it very zen!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have had a tremendous amount of support from my friends & family on this journey. My mom and aunt have attended every event, workshop, and live I have ever done (that wasn’t across the country), and shared my information with more people than any advertising I could ever do. My kids Gwyneth 21, Keira 19 and Sean 18, have been my motivation, inspiration, and biggest supporters. Having a single mom running a business comes with a lot of sacrifice and time apart. They have always been so responsible and they’re great at assuring me when the mom guilt kicks in from missing school events etc. it truly takes a soul tribe to do this “on your own”, and I am forever grateful for the people in my life.
