We had the good fortune of connecting with Dmytro Nechytailo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dmytro, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
In systems development and data-driven marketing, the line between persistence and stubbornness is defined by evidence, not emotions. For me, the decision to keep going or change direction is never about motivation alone. It is about learning from data and validating assumptions.

Whether I am building a client acquisition framework, developing educational content, growing NEDS Marketing, or working on systems like NEDS GRID™, every project starts as a hypothesis. Over the years, I have learned that success rarely comes from insisting on the same approach forever. It comes from being willing to test ideas, measure results, and adapt when necessary.

I never give up on the problem I am trying to solve, but I am willing to abandon methods that no longer work. If the data consistently shows that an approach is ineffective, continuing simply because of the time or effort already invested is not persistence-it is poor decision-making. At the same time, slow progress should not be confused with failure. If there is a genuine signal from the market, even a small one, there is usually an opportunity to improve the system and keep moving forward.

One of the most important lessons I have learned is that letting go of a bad solution is not a setback. It creates space for better ideas, better systems, and more sustainable growth. In my experience, long-term success comes from staying committed to the mission while remaining flexible about the path you take to get there.

What should our readers know about your business?
At the core of NEDS Marketing is a simple belief: marketing should not be based on guesswork. Business owners deserve systems that help them understand demand, make informed decisions, and grow with confidence.

What sets us apart is that we do not view marketing as a collection of isolated advertising campaigns. We see it as an ecosystem. Advertising, analytics, automation, content, CRM workflows, and business intelligence should work together as one integrated system. My background in performance marketing, media buying, and operational infrastructure taught me that sustainable growth comes from building reliable systems, not chasing short-term wins.

The journey was far from easy. After years of working with large-scale international marketing operations, I became increasingly interested in creating practical tools that could help independent business owners and creative professionals make better decisions. Translating complex ideas into simple, useful solutions turned out to be one of the biggest challenges and one of the most rewarding parts of the process.

Today, that vision extends far beyond client services. Through NEDS Marketing, we publish educational content, build industry resources, develop tools and frameworks such as NEDS GRID™, expand educational initiatives through NEDS Academy, and create platforms that help professionals navigate and grow within their industries. One example is our convention directory, which brings major tattoo events across the United States into a single searchable platform. We are also investing heavily in content, automation, and knowledge-sharing systems designed to make high-level marketing insights more accessible to business owners.

What I am most proud of is not any single campaign or metric. It is the fact that we are building something that helps people become more independent, more informed, and more confident in their decisions. I want people to know that technology and automation should not replace human creativity. They should support it. When systems handle complexity, people gain more time to focus on what they do best.

Looking ahead, my goal is to continue building practical infrastructure that helps entrepreneurs operate with greater clarity, predictability, and control. Whether through software frameworks, educational resources, industry platforms, or data-driven systems, the mission remains the same: helping people make better decisions and build stronger businesses.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a close friend came to South Florida for a week, I would probably show them a very different side of the region than what most tourists see.

Of course, we would spend some time by the ocean and enjoy the weather, but what interests me most are the people, businesses, and ideas that make this area unique. South Florida attracts entrepreneurs, creators, developers, investors, and professionals from all over the world. There is a constant sense that something new is being built.

I would take them to neighborhoods like Wynwood, where art, technology, and business often overlap. We would visit independent coffee shops, local businesses, creative studios, and industry events. I always find it fascinating to see how different people approach building products, companies, and communities.

I would also introduce them to the startup and small-business side of Florida. Some of the most interesting conversations happen outside conference rooms, whether at a local meetup, over coffee, or while discussing new ideas with founders and creators. Those interactions are often more memorable than any tourist attraction.

As someone who works in marketing systems, automation, analytics, and AI-assisted infrastructure, I am naturally interested in places where innovation is happening. I enjoy seeing how technology is changing industries and how entrepreneurs adapt to new opportunities.

What I love most about South Florida is that it combines opportunity with diversity. You can meet people from completely different backgrounds who are all working toward ambitious goals. That energy is inspiring, and it is one of the reasons I enjoy building my business here.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My journey has never been a solo effort. If I had to dedicate this shoutout to anyone, it would be to the people who were willing to share knowledge, trust, and opportunities long before they had any reason to do so.

A large part of my career was built through learning from others. Mentors, colleagues, business owners, industry professionals, authors, and communities all contributed pieces of knowledge that shaped the way I think about marketing, technology, analytics, and business systems. Many of them probably do not realize the impact they had, but they helped shape the person I am today.

I would also like to recognize the creative artists, studio owners, and entrepreneurs who trusted me early on. Some of the systems, frameworks, and projects I am developing today started with real conversations and real business challenges. Their willingness to experiment, provide feedback, and grow alongside me helped turn ideas into practical solutions.

Finally, I am deeply grateful to my family and the people closest to me. Building something from scratch, relocating, and pursuing long-term goals requires patience, support, and perspective. Having people who continue to believe in you during uncertain periods is something I never take for granted.

Looking back, I do not think success is ever created by one person alone. It is usually the result of many people contributing small pieces of knowledge, trust, encouragement, and opportunity along the way.
