We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Frey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
What’s the end goal? That is a great question. For me it’s not where I want to be professionally by the end of my career. It’s about what is the greatest impact what I am creating can have on the world and who I can become in the process. Someone once told me if you’re not thinking about how your purpose is going to affect the next 7 generations of human beings you are thinking too small. I am bringing Love Water to the world because it’s important. It comes from my heart. I am creating the most high vibrational water on earth sourced from a private sacred source in the Sequoia National Forest, Structured & Energized using UMH technology and crystals, Infused with 528hz (the actual frequency of Love) and Reiki. I am creating conscious events and Sacred Heart Activations + Love Water Meditations all around the world causing a ripple effect of love on our entire planet and raising our vibration. All water is connected and it has a memory. What’s going to happen if we are programing our positive intentions into our water? I am going to teach children all around the world to do this as well : ) That’s the goal.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My professional career doesn’t have a whole lot to do with Love Water. I am a professional hand model and engagement ring influencer. I’ve worked in the fine jewelry business for years and I design and create intentional fine jewelry pieces as well. Bringing creativity & beauty to the world are two of my greatest gifts. They have definitely helped me with designing Love Water and also the social media and marketing part of it. Spirituality is my greatest passion and has been for a while. Grateful to have a professional career to support me while I am creating my dream of bringing Love Water to the world and raising the vibration of the planet. I have done quite a bit of self development work and plant medicine ceremonies and they help drive me to create my dreams. My human design is a Manifestor. This means that I am literally supposed to go first. Just learning more about myself and how I work has been really key. Learning to follow my intuition and my heart.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Hmm this is interesting since it’s Covid lol. I really enjoy Topanga and the hiking spots there. I spend a lot of time meditating and walking on the beach. I don’t drink alcohol but I would definitely take my friends to Med Men 😉 Huntington Gardens is always a great idea and I love picnics! You will find me at Erewhon too. I usually hang out in Venice.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Ahhh there are so many! I’m going to dedicate this to my most favorite book Conversations With God by Neil Donald Walsh. There are actually 4 books and I’ve spent about 125 hours listening to them in the last year.
