Decision Makers Series: avoiding decision fatigue by adopting effective habits


There’s a ton of research around how setting habits can help us conserve energy because it reduces the number of decisions we have to make in a day. However, not all habits are created equal and so we’ve asked our community to tell us about the habits they have been most effective for them.

I firmly believe that the key to success lies in consistency and continuous self-improvement. It’s not shameful to lack knowledge; what’s shameful is choosing to remain ignorant. I make it a priority to grow and learn in every area of my life on an ongoing basis. From a young age, I had a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve, and I set specific goals to guide me toward that vision.
