My favourite quote is from Ricky Gervais and it goes something like “No one else knows what they’re doing either”. Ha! It takes all the pressure off. I used to think there was some secret club of entrepreneurs who had all the inside scoop: who knew what to do, what risks to take, how to reconcile an account, etc. This quote taught me that NO! No one has a special success blueprint or been given all the secrets. The secret is – you need to try, take risks, make mistakes and learn from them. That’s it. There is so much packed into this statement. Each of us is one person, one unit. However, when we allow ourselves to be of service, the one can serve so many. We never know how our “one” can impact the masses. There is also much to consider regarding service.
