I am most happiest when I am painting. For me it is a therapeutic mixture of quality alone time and unapologetic creativity. I started painting again over the pandemic, after years of not creating anything. I embraced the abundant alone time and really put all of my focus in painting. I would lose all sense of time and space while endlessly mixing paint colors and making all sorts of shapes, marks, and lines on papers and canvases until a composition was formed. It was pure bliss, I really felt an energy shift during this time, and eventually found my artistic style and routine studio practice that I use to this day. Read more>>

I find happiness in the simple and beautiful things in life. I have a deep appreciation for all things cute and the art of handmade creations. There’s something inherently joyous about crafting something with your own hands and bringing your imagination to life. One of my greatest sources of happiness comes from drawing based on life, whether it’s inspired by the natural world or the people around me. When I take a moment to observe the beauty in nature, from the vibrant colors of a blooming flower to the serene tranquility of a babbling brook, it fills me with an overwhelming sense of joy.
