We had the good fortune of connecting with Julie Fox and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Julie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Making a difference in as many lives as possible is my passion! It’s exciting to empower women to live their best life and to not just dream their life but to actually LIVE their dreams. I have such great great belief in people, especially women, as I’ve had to work through many obstacles/crisises in my life from childhood to the present. For many years my friends and family members encouraged me to become a life coach. I resisted for many years as I’ve been blessed to have a long-time successful career as a leader in a direct sales company. I finally gave in and took the steps toward becoming a certified Health, Wellness, and Life Coach. I feel that I’m able to help so many more people as a result.

Most would agree that both my passion and my experience are what make me the coach clients can trust. If one more person finds out how great they are then it has been a great day!

I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for the love and support of those who came alongside me and supported me when I didn’t love or believe in myself. My life is truly a MIRACLE and that’s why one of my favorite quotes is, “If Julie can, anyone can!”

I took my desire to use my God-given gifts and my love for the outdoors and combine them in my Follow Your Trail (formerly Finding Your Trail) program. I love what I do and you know what they say… “When you love what you do you’ll never work another day in your life!”

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I think I got a bit ahead of myself… I shared a lot of this in the first question. It’s not always easy when faced with challenges but it’s so worth it to keep going, never give up, and to overcome the obstacles put in your path. The rewards are endless! I want the world to know that all their dreams are within their grasp, that it’s okay and necessary to be authentic and to love yourself and to accept being perfectly imperfect! Just be you and never give up on you or your dreams! You are capable. You are worthy. You deserve it! Tell your story! Live your story! Your experiences will inspire so many!

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
If I had my way I would take them and all the beautiful trails around SoCal… From the mountains to the beach! I would share the beauty that surrounds us while getting in a little “outdoor therapy!“ I would find out what types of food they love along with that what type of atmosphere they prefer and start there. If it was their first time visiting I would take them to a musical, major league baseball game, concerts, amusement parks(although, I’m not an a fan of them), and local shopping!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
– Darlene Brown, Carol Lee Johnson, Christina Gallant, Kathy Lee, Beth Wright, Christie Hansen, Irene Anderson, Gina Antonini, Susan Goodson…just to name a few. – My husband and kids. – Lisa Taitelman – Coach
