We had the good fortune of connecting with Abraham Heisler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Abraham, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“The degree to which a person can grow is directly proportional to the amount of truth one can take about themselves without running away.”
I love this quote because we live in a society where it’s easy to run and numb.
Run from our pains, fears, etc.
And numb out with TV, shopping, social media, etc.
Yet, if we truly want to grow – personally and professionally, then we have to stop running and start confronting.
What should our readers know about your business?
I help service based entrepreneurs confidently and ethically raise their rates. I’m stoked on what I do because externally I’m a business coach, but internally it’s all about personal growth. In order to get the business results, one must grow as a person and this is one of my favorite processes to facilitate.
What separates me from the rest is my 20 years of travel studying the mind/body connection with yogic as well as my love of 90’s Hip-Hop.
One of the most powerful tools I use to help clients get out of their head and develop instantaneous clarity and confidence is active breathing. People have compared my breathwork sessions to do Wim Hof breathing at a Tony Robbins event while on acid. Its life changing and gives entrepreneurs the mile high view needed to develop clear thinking in their businesses.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Self-Realization Lake Shrine in the Palisades. It’s a quiet, contemplative spot to go walk around, meditate and clear your head. A must visit for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
One of my mentor’s is David Neagle. He is a no nonsense business coach and millionaire mentor. I love his approach and tough love attitude in business and personal growth. A lot of inspiration in my work derives from teachings I’ve learned with him.
