We had the good fortune of connecting with Adela Guerra and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adela, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Focus, consistency and determination have been by far the most important factors behind my brand’s success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I went to business school and started learning more about the opportunities of creating an online community. After graduating from business school I came the United States and signed with a talent agency. Then started working as a TV host and commercial model while I was sharing my journey on my social media accounts.

It hasn’t been an easy path and that’s why you need a lot of focus and determination during its ups and downs. One of my biggest lessons is that you have to answer your call no matter how difficult it might be at the beginning. At the end, the satisfaction and rewards are truly priceless!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to a hike in Malibu and then have dinner by the sunset at Moonshadows.

I dedicate this shoutout to my family. Without their unconditional support I wouldn’t be where I am today.
