We had the good fortune of connecting with Adeola Abayomi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adeola, is there something you believe many others might not?
I do not believe that you should choose one thing and stay with it. I believe that man can be multidimensional and the moment we box ourselves to one thing, we envelope our capacity to be great and empty it in the bin. Those who say “Jack of all Trades, Master of All”, do not know the full saying. It is “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”. I believe that everyone should be allowed to live. Becoming is a journey not a destination.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Part of my greatest achievements is having to see people grow, become and do better in life. That’s what keeps me awake at night and makes me think of more structures and processes to make impact better. Being in business for me started since I was 8 and I saw problems and challenges as an opportunity to create solutions through ventures in different industries. I have set up businesses and moved in really tight times but what mattered to me was how much impact I made with what I did. It was never thoroughly easy because in business, you deal with people and in dealing with people, there are many dynamics to it.

What I understood as time went on was that with only time passing, I was to learn by experience but with knowledge, application was rapid and better for my growth and my business. I read more books, listened to people, followed the right circles, watched other businesses and it taught me the ropes.

Overtime, I have learnt that it takes processes and learnings to find your foot in business. You must be willing to put in the work to help your business and stand even in difficult times.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Traveling is one of my hobbies and if I were to get anyone out, it would be to go out to a new city to try a new meal in a local restaurant after doing my findings that their food won’t hurt. I would go to a place with enough nature for view and feel while moving around at night and enjoying the view of people go to and fro and if I get a chance, I would jump on a train to somewhere else so, I can return at night, lol.

Some of the places in Nigeria that I have enjoyed going to are Ikogosi and Erin Ijesha in Ekiti state and Osun state respectively.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to shout out to God who has made me possible and equipped me with all I need for life and godliness through the word and His Son Jesus who died so I might be saved and live forever.
