We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrian Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrian, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
The direction in both of my businesses has always come from an internal place. There’s a knowing that comes to the surface that says “this is where we’re going” sometimes without an understanding of the bigger picture. While thoughts about “not wanting to do this anymore” have come up over the years, as they do with any worthwhile commitment, there has never been an exit in my mind. There have only been pivots. When frustration or bitterness come up, it means there’s a progression required; an adjustment. When challenges come up, if they feel insurmountable, it’s about investing in support. It’s about expanding by making decisions that go against conditioning and trusting myself to do hard things.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own two businesses: One Heart Counseling Center and Triple Water Wisdom, a New Paradigm Life Coaching Business. One Heart Counseling Center is a group of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who work with children, teens, adults, couples and families in the South Bay. Half of our team are also Registered Art Therapists. This team of therapists is formed around the values of doing the work on ourselves that we ask our clients to do. Each clinician is hand selected because of their natural gifts as clinicians and healers. The care and the heart behind the work of every single person on our team, including our admin, is unmistakeable. This fills my heart with pride. Triple Water Wisdom was born from my desire to expand beyond the medical model of therapy and include my intuitive gifts as a professionally trained psychic and channel. In 2019, I started downloading a biotechnology called Crystalline Emotion® which revolutionizes and rewires your relationship with emotion from 3D to 5D. This is a business that meets those looking for support to expand their conscious awareness, develop their intuitive gifts, elevate their quality of life by refining their relationship with emotion. What I’ve learned along the way is that everything that arises, every emotion, every challenge, is all a part of the path of creating what you are here to create in the world. It’s not a set back, it’s an invitation. When you shift your relationship with emotion, you cultivate the power to meet life and everything it wants to offer you.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, this is fun! We would definitely have to hike Topanga Canyon or Los Liones, visit the Lake Shrine on Sunset, go to the beach, hit up Erewhon, go on a bike ride up and down the strand, visit Manhattan Beach (my home town). I would want to take my best friend to MB Post in Manhattan Beach, Margot at the Platform in Culver City, The Perch in Downtown LA, Manchego in Santa Monica, just to name a few spots.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The people who deserve credit and recognition in my story are my parents. They are the ones that modeled entrepreneurship as service providers. My mother had a number of business ventures over the course of her life and always taught me to leap, to go for it, that I could make a life for myself creating, running businesses and investing. I remember in every crucial decision making moment of expanding to the next level, I would talk to her. She would always tell me she trusted me, if anyone could do it, I could. My sister is also an entrepreneur and investor. In fact, I come from five generations of entrepreneurs.
