Meet Alexander Gardose | California Real Estate Agent & Direct Support Individual for Adult and Elderly Residential Care Facility

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexander Gardose and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alexander, how do you think about risk?
Risk’s for me is a tricky thing, I believe that if you’re focused on a task and you’re set on it, whether it has to interfere with personal life or just everything going on during that period of time, if you truly are set on that task go for it. As someone who dropped out and completely walked away from choosing to go to college, I took that risk and went into Real Estate to start my Business and kick off my career at such a young age. Being a realtor at 20 years old definitely has it’s risks and having to push myself beyond my limits I feel that I need to do more to not only survive but to make it to where I wanna be. Although I haven’t hit my goals, I’ve never been happier. I feel motivated to get to a goal and keep pushing beyond it.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a Real Estate agent at 20 years old, it really is a rocky start. From getting my license to getting out there in the real world, this was not an easy task. As a start it really is a struggle because it really was overwhelming but the outcome is worth it 100%. I was lost, and with the help of my broker and my mentor Cesar Hernandez, I really was pushed to get out there and do the work. Overcoming everything wasn’t easy and I learned that this business is not easy either. Things do go wrong, deals do fall apart but at the end of the day just got to keep pushing through and more will come. I just want to provide the best services and coming from a place of love and trust I just want to be of service rather than seeking the money.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Coming out here definitely got to check out Santa Monica pier, the vibes are great it just gives classic LA. Going back to the valley for dinner Hanoo Korean Bbq is the spot! With amazing all you can eat food they have great service too. For shopping I’d go to Topanga mall then hang around topanga social for food. Going down to Inglewood with a mini version of the Las Vegas sphere out here we have the Cosm with provides amazing shows and even will stream sports events and a must see. I love going to the Getty to see the sunset and watch the city lights.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I just want to shoutout both my parents for supporting me 100% with my careers, giving me a second place to work and financially and emotionally supporting me throughout the entire way. Without their help I would be lost and I wouldn’t have the drive I have currently. I also wanna shoutout both my Broker Baldwin Salazar and my Mentor Cesar Hernandez, for helping me navigate through real estate and guiding me to where I need to be and how to get there.
