We had the good fortune of connecting with Allison Angol and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Allison, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Being able to have quality time giving back by being an entrepreneur. Not being limited to salary but creating your own salary. Family is everything to me so having the flexibility in creating a schedule to be effective in the marketplace as well as at home with my family.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My event planning business is set apart from others because of the mission we stand for to captivate every special moment that is presented to us. By bringing the vision from a thought of the imagination and allowing the vision to manifest in real life. I am very excited and proud of my business because my passion is to fulfill every expectation with excellence. I am where I am today in my business because of my faith coming from a family who was immigrants working hard is all we know. So building an empire for generational wealth and establishment in the market area was something I wanted for my children. Being that I started working in the corporate field at the age of 16 it’s bitter-sweet being able to call the shots like a boss. The lessons that I’ve learned along the way are to trust the process and not only have faith but to apply hard work and dedication to helping build the foundation of my business. I would love for the world to know just because one person said no or you can never do that or this. Must believe in yourself and trust your brand somebody’s no can be someone’s yes. As a young Latino American girl coming from no knowledge of business no blueprint on how or what to do. I educated myself by investing into different programs to help me expand my business. Also, by surrounding myself with people who talk the same talk. Has help tremendously in my success in the entrepreneurial world. And most of all believing in yourself and not giving up even when it seem impossible. Fighting a good fight of faith and perseverance anything is possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A time with my best friend would be on an island or city that has a beautiful beach and scenery. If I had to choose a place would be Bora Bora the island itself is outstandingly beautiful. The first step is to our private bungalows surrounded by water to unwind by the ambiance of the ocean. Then a lovely dinner by the poolside with anything seafood and a live band would be amazing to dance the night away. Nothing like good company to enjoy and have good laughs with and being in awe of the beauty sounding us nothing but tranquility and quietness away from a busy day-to-day life.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First off I will like to give honor to Jesus Christ my savior for allowing me to have the freedom in becoming me. I would like to acknowledge supporting of my husband and three children as the foundation of my why. Also, my foundation of friends but whom I call my family may have been blood relatives but, they saw in me what I tried to hide away from the world. But I have now become bold enough in presenting my expertise and experiences to the world. My lovely parents especially my mother who is very fortunate to see her oldest daughter manifesting her dreams.
