We had the good fortune of connecting with Andre Villeroy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andre, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Fascinatingly, I started thinking about my experience with success and remembering how I’ve always felt like something was missing. I was in a place where I felt everything I do must have deep meaning; otherwise, it was pointless. So I started thinking about my mission in life, wanting to help people access more options for wealth; after rolling thought idea after idea, I decided to go in a particular direction, one that I knew well. Three years later, I’m here.

What should our readers know about your business?
Beyorch is a hybrid merchant bank that writes business loans to companies that need capital rounds but want to preserve equity. Beyorch Professional Service® focuses on companies that wish to go public instead of traditional venturing capital that funds with an expectation of equity.

Additionally, we sell debt notes to accredited investors who wish to earn residual income as high as 12% per year.
Beyorch Accredited Investor® serves as a product for investors to enter a safer investment than traditional capital markets.

By the fall of 2022, we plan to become a licensed Broker-dealer and offer pre-IPO opportunities to the higher net worth investors: Beyorch Private Client®.

There has never been a bridge in America to help build wealth for the majority. We decided to bridge the gap between the degrees of wealth and people. Through Beyorch’s merchant and investor products, we believe we can change the lives of our hard-working members of America with never before seen opportunities.

As a CEO, I learned the value of people. I’ve discovered that everyone has value, but it’s up to leadership to push, mold, and grow their value. Most importantly I talk to people about what they want, it seems that most people hate their jobs and work from a place of taking orders rather than a place of creativity.

I believe we should all challenge the status quo, and find ways to make things better and easier, if not, voices go unheard.

As far as challenges, boy where do I start? I’ve learned that challenges are actually hidden opportunities to do things better. As I teach my kids, failure is a part of winning and breeds mastery in life. If we judged John D Rockefeller, Henry Ford, or Andrew Carnegie by their failures alone our world be very different. They all met with failure until success was evident.

I want the world to know that I am a leader who listens and cares about the success of others and is willing to give underserved communities the opportunity they’ve always desired.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My wife and I both love lunch and dinner at cozy restaurants, to name a few; Spago, Perch, Crustaceans, Cut, Nobu in Malibu, Bottega Louie, and WP24 at the top of the Merriot Hotel DTLA (during twilight is the best). My wife is a fashion princess, so of course, Rodeo drive is the starting place, and we’ll end up either in Santa Monica, Tapanga mall, or South Coast Plaza in the OC. It always depends on how much time we have.

When friends fly into town, we typically ask them what they want, and we do just that. Usually, it’s the shopping and eating all over the city.

While I’m probably the most boring man on earth because I truly enjoy work every day, my wife reminds me of balance and having fun in life. I try and listen to her, sometimes, haha! Lol.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A lot of my inspiration comes from John D Rockefeller. As an American businessman, I tend to look at my hero’s, learn everything I can, and find parallel truths between me and their attitude toward life that seems to bring us all together. John R. was such a giving man that I have challenged myself to not only match him but surpass what he gave by donating to charities, communities, education, and religious organizations.
