Meet Andrea Walker | Marketing and Sales Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea Walker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Andrea, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
Marketing is about understanding people’s needs and showing them that your product can meet those needs.
It is important to remember that when you are marketing a product or service, you are not selling the tangible product alone. You are selling an intangible idea of what your audience’s life can look like if they choose to purchase your product.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
CEOs, coaches & consultants hire 247 CEO to develop marketing plans for social media, email, & text that increase revenue & client growth.
What sets us apart from our competitors is our company is tailored to serve urban women entrepreneurs. Our framework and roadmap are dedicated to educating, uplifting, and customizing marketing plans and strategies that attract our client’s target audience.
Most coaching programs are automated, and the coach has you watching modules with very little personal access to them. My program is different, and my clients have access to me once a week during their scheduled calls. I’ve noticed when I connect once a week with my clients, their success Skyrockets. I give my clients access to my ideas, which makes all the difference.
My biggest accomplishment at this company is that 100% of my clients have scaled. That means every person that has entered my program has had an ROI (return on investment) and made money off of their products and services. Most clients show up not making any money at all, but everyone leaves with a different level of success. As of right now, I have a 100% success rate.
Before I legalized 247 CEO, I was already doing online consulting for various churches and ministries. My consulting price started at $99 an hour, and I became so popular that I had to raise the price to $499 an hour. I inevitably separated my online presence creating 247 CEO.
Starting a business is not necessarily challenging. What becomes problematic is showing up being consistent, constantly investing in your dreams, making the proper investment, and aligning your ideas with people that can make them come to life. We all hit a wall at the beginning of the business, but knowing what to do next, is the difference between giving up on your dreams and staying motivated to fulfill them.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in business is not to convince people that they can afford my services. I decided to target those who do not have a money mindset problem; when I have to convince someone to invest in themselves and their business, they usually make an excuse later and drop out of the race. My program is for urban women who are ready to take their business to the next level because they’ve tried it on their own, and they’ve realized they can use the help.
I want the world to know that within our communities, there are brilliant black women that can close wealth gaps, create generational wealth, create long-term sustainability, and grow businesses that bring home the bacon. 247 CEO is dedicated to serving those women.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When people come to Los Angeles, you almost have to take them through a few tourist spots just so they can have the full LA experience.
We would go to the Hollywood walk of fame, hit up the wax museums, and the museum of illusions for some selfie fun, and social media content.
After that I’d make reservations to Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, off of La Cienega Blvd. in Beverly Hills. If you haven’t gone there, you need to! The food is delicious, and you prepare it yourself at the table with your family and friends.
The next day, we would hit up The Serving Spoon in Inglewood, for a Hernandez breakfast (French toast and chicken wings).
We would probably head over to a virtual gaming center, put on some headgear, kill some aliens or zombies in a haunted mansion for 30 minutes to an hour just to have some competitive fun.
Call me crazy, but fun to me is also dreaming out loud. We’re driving to Mount Olympus, we’re driving up that mountain in the elite part of Beverly Hills, we’re going to swing this Jeep right through Calabasas and Bel Air, because if you want it, you can’t be afraid to dream out loud. And if you want it, you have to envision it first!
If my friends came to LA, they definitely want to see the ocean. And I’m taking them to Malibu. Paradise Cove to be exact, so we can get an alcoholic beverage inside of a watermelon, chicken nachos, and a cabana! Fun in the sun!
Next day we have to wine & dine it up, so we’re gonna keep it local to my hometown, stay in Inglewood, and go to 1010 Wine & Events, which is a black owned establishment, owned by two sisters. We’re definitely supporting urban women in business!
And since we are in Inglewood, our next stop needs to be Mama Sunshines! Another black owned business, to pick up some organic Shea butter, and body spray. Everybody loves natural products!
Universal Studios Hollywood is a place we would have to go. The rides there are adult friendly, lol. I don’t need a 450 foot drop, and that much excitement in my life anymore. so we’re going to skip Magic Mountain and go straight to Universal Studios Hollywood lol.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My business partner Chelsi Glascoe is an amazing digital designer & codependency Coach.
She allows me to bounce ideas off her at crazy hours like 3am!
Before I launched 247 CEO LLC, We created Social Shifter LLC, a full-service digital media company that offers digital designs, social media management, and copywriting services. Social Shifter grossed over six figures in less Then 12 months.
Chelsi has been a massive part of my success as we run both companies here in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
