Meet Andrew Walsh | Lover of Jesus & Real Estate Title Rep

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrew Walsh and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Andrew, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” – James Clear
I truly believe that habits are the key difference between those who achieve success and continue to progress, and those who remain stagnant and see no growth. Every day, from the moment we wake up, we are faced with choices. Do I reach for my phone as soon as I open my eyes, or do I take a moment to pray and reflect on the things I am grateful for? Do I go to bed early so I can wake up refreshed, hit the gym, and get a workout in before starting my day? Or do I stay up late, sleep in, and skip the gym altogether?
For my wife Jemma and me, our morning routine is what sets the tone for the entire day. As Tony Robbins often says, you must prime your body in the morning to set yourself up for success. When your body is primed, you are more likely to have a great day. Our morning begins at 6 AM, waking up together to pray and thank Jesus for the day ahead. We follow this with breathwork, light stretching, reading one page of the Bible, a 15-minute meditation, and breakfast, all while listening to one of Pastor Joel Osteen’s positive sermons on Spotify. We follow this routine every morning, and it has been the catalyst for what I believe is a strong marriage and a proven way to win the morning.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a title rep for WFG National Title, and often when people think of real estate, they focus on agents or lenders. Not many are familiar with title insurance, but it plays a crucial role in every real estate transaction, especially in Southern California. Title insurance protects both buyers and sellers by ensuring that the property is free of any liens or other issues related to the title.
In a competitive industry with many title reps, it’s important to stand out and bring in title orders for our internal staff. For me, what sets me apart is my love for Jesus and my willingness to openly share my faith. I carry a sense of peace and joy, and each day, I ask God to help me radiate His light and positivity. It’s amazing how God continues to bring the right people into my life—clients reach out to me or are introduced to me every day.
I truly care about our clients and the people involved in our transactions. The paycheck is secondary; my goal is to make people feel seen, heard, valued, and appreciated. I aim to reflect Jesus’s love and send inspiring, thoughtful messages to others.
Real estate has its ebbs and flows, and during slower times, it’s easy for negativity to creep in. But I’ve found that staying positive and being a light attracts the right people and clients. People are drawn to someone who consistently radiates good vibes.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to the RSM Lake by our house. It is so peaceful and a great place to walk and talk. After that we would have to stop at my favorite, In N Out Burger! Another great spot to walk and talk is Strands Beach in Dana Point. I’d invite my friend to come to Saddleback Church in Lake Forest as well. It is a beautiful campus, full of joyful, kind believers, awesome worship music and a great place to connect with Jesus.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
All glory to God! Without Jesus being first place in my heart, I would not be the person I am today. All the success and wonderful things in my life are solely because of his mery and grace.
1 Corinthians 15:10:
“But whatever I am now, it is all because of God’s grace. For I have worked hard, yet it was not I but God who was working through me by his grace.”
And my favorite Bible Verse of ALL TIME that I truly feel defines my life is Ephesians 3:20 (NLT), which says:
“Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
