Hi Ani, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The decision to establish my desire in the event industry and dessert business was driven by a combination of my organizational skills, passion for creating memorable experiences, and commitment to delivering exceptional taste and quality. I aimed to create a business that not only offered delicious sweets but also resonated with customers looking for a personalized and memorable culinary experience.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Crazy Cloud Catering was established in 2021 in the greater Los Angeles area. We are an excellent dessert catering company that specializes on Fresh Sweet Crepes, Cotton Candy, Cotton Candy Ice-Cream Burritos, Mini Pancakes & more. From birthday parties to corporate events and everything in between, we’re here to make your parties extra sweet. Our mission is to offer our services to our clients by concentrating on Presentation, Quality, and Professionalism. With dedication in what you do you are determined to reach every goal you put your mind too. Nothing in this world is easy but if you believe in yourself you are going to overcome every challenge that comes your way. My sister and I have always dreamed of having a business together since we were 13 years old. We would both help our dad with his business such as: talking to clients, sending invoices, and packaging up until we decided to open our own business together after COVID. The idea of Crazy Cloud originated from my sister and I being obsessed with sweets and ice-cream. Overcoming challenges in establishing a dessert catering brand involved a constant commitment to adaptability and learning from setbacks. Each obstacle became an opportunity to refine our processes, improve communication, and innovate our dessert offerings. The key lessons learned were the significance of flexibility, the importance of quality in both product and service, and the power of resilience in the face of adversity.

Morning: Start with breakfast at Community Goods spot known for its fantastic pastries and coffee. Mid-morning: Visit a few local shopping centers. Like the Americana on Brand or The Grove.
Eat at Wetzel pretzel then go to The Griffith observatory or Go to the beach after
Lunch: Would make a reservation to go to Nobu, Malibu during sunset
Afternoon: Explore a nearby nature spot – perhaps a scenic hike or a botanical garden. Hollywood Sign
Evening: Head to a popular restaurant for dinner that showcases the area’s best dishes.- Mastros Steak house
