Meet Anju Bhandari | Social Media Manager & Content Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Anju Bhandari and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Anju, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
Everything that’s meant to be will be. And everything happens for a reason. I thoroughly believe in this, and it’s the way that I’ve continued to live through life, knowing that everything that has happened was meant to happen– good or bad. It helps with dealing with something bad that may have happened to me, because I can see the event as a learning lesson. And when something great happens, I gain satisfaction and gratitude that I am deserving 0f the great event to happen to me. The quote reminds me that I’m exactly where I need to be in life, and everything that I want in life will come into fruition if it’s meant to be. And if it doesn’t occur, then I’m detoured into another direction that might be better for me, that I’m meant to be in.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I started on social media creating Twitter backgrounds of celebrity edits back in 2012. I then moved on to creating content on Facebook, YouTube, and now Instagram and TikTok. I have always immersed myself into social media both personally and now, professionally. I’ve been passionate about social media and creating content ever since I was a young child, and it still blows my mind everyday that I’ve been able to make a career out of it.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I just recently moved to Santa Monica and the west side has been my new territory. When I have friends visit, we like to go to the coffee at La La Land Kind Cafe, the Brentwood Farmers Market, brunch at the Great White, thrifting at any flea market, dinner at Elephante, and drinks at Belles Beach House or Gran Blanco.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to give a shoutout to my sister who never fails to amaze me with her talents and inspires me everyday in her hard work, creative work, and immense amount of passion.
