Hi Arminda, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I’ve always taken risks. In 2003 I decided to leave all my family and friends and move to Chicago illinios. I never been there or knew anyone but I wanted all the opportunities and chances for a great life 🙂 since then Ive taken sooo many risks and they all payed off except one LOL but we live and learn

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have a love and passion for real estate. I’ve always been fascinated of buying properties and fixing them up to provide beautiful housing for others. I love to clean and I love to take videos and photos. I’m obsessed with water and plants , I feel like everything is better with a pool and palm trees 🙂

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I could show my best friends around Southern California I think I would start the week like this : Monday-Morning Hike up to Griffith Observatory and overlook the whole city. Lunch at Veggie Grill In Hollywood and back to my house to swim and relax in jacuzzi. Tuesday – go to Venice beach and rent electric scooters and ride up to Santa Monica pier. Have Dinner at Ruth’s Chris in Marina del Rey. Wednesday-hot yoga at corepower and go look at some mansions in Beverly Hills and see what’s new on the market . Thursday – ride to Buena Vista for Portillos polish and Chicago style food . We can head to Disneyland in Anaheim for the evening fireworks. Friday let’s venture to LaJolla and see the sea lions and dolphins at the children’s pool. Dinner at Eddie Vs overlooking the ocean in LaJolla. Saturday we will go to mission beach in San Diego and ride the roller coaster and dine rolled tacos on the beach . Sunday we can walk around fashion district and flower district in dtla downtown Los Angeles. Hanging out with me will definitely be the best !

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My career in TV Production could not have happened without my teachers at Illinois Center For broadcasting and my TV Bosses, Jerry Springer, NBC Towers, Urban Grind TV , UGTV, Channel 25, Wally Lockhart . My family is also very supportive. In real estate I’m learning everything thanks to Brad & Courtney Korb, Dustin Sims and John Scarff in Los Angeles California. They are constantly teaching me new things daily and are very patient with me.
