Hi Ash, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking

I believe you can’t grow without risk-taking. Risks are either learned lessons or the key to your big success. I take risks almost every day because I think it’s essential as an entrepreneur, as an artist, and overall as a hard worker. Risks play a big role in who I am as an artist and multi-business owner. The biggest risk I have taken is playing under the hat of so many roles as a CEO. I call it a risk for me because of the many different positions I fluctuate throughout as a talent agent, fashion show director, lash technician/LLC owner, non-profit owner, and shoe designer. The gist is, it can confuse my audience and THAT is the heftiest risk.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is questionable. Why not create something that someone is going to question? I see it as having the spotlight. So while having that light on you at the moment, make it worth it! That’s what sets me apart from others. I am most proud of the simple things; my journey to learning patience and what it means to hold onto your faith and just believing. I am excited about what tomorrow holds!

Getting to where I am today and where I am heading definitely isn’t a breeze though I can make it look like it. It just takes dedication and sticking to the script! I overcome any challenge with the belief in myself; understanding that God only hands challenges to those he KNOWS can eat them up!

If there is anything that I have learned along the way, it’s Patience, Integrity & Dedication.

There’s nothing that I specifically want the world to know about me or my story. I just want the world to continue to believe in and keep rocking with me!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to Shoutout Jamese Davis! She owns her very own Barbershop in Hawthorne, CA. I have always looked up to her from her college experience to her entrepreneur roles. Shoutout Sanders Trent! He inspires me in several different ways as a growing woman to always keep my spirit aligned and walk in good faith! Shoutout to my Sister Laneise & Mother Aggie for always watching over me and supporting my endeavors and the many others of you! Shoutout Milkroom! I believe any & all of the many people who have come across me in my life deserve a little credit in my story, good or bad! Shoutout to the many businesses, investors, influencers, and platforms who have given me the light to grow! LAST BUT NEVER LEAST, shoutout to the Higher Power for keeping me guarded, powered, healthy, pure & divine.
