We had the good fortune of connecting with Bam Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bam, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” -Maya Angelou

That quote has stuck with me the past few years of my life during my growth. I lead my days with remaining positive and in return I give and receive positive vibrations. I like to leave good energy wherever I go. In life you have to give the energy you want reciprocated back to you. I guess the old cliche is “treat others the way you’d like to be treated”. It’s just that simple tho, when you lead with love in your heart people will always remember that feeling. That’s why that quote has been in the forefront of my life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Well I’m an Actor, or I’d like to say an Entertainer. I’ve been in the business for quite some time now and able to sustain a decent career, I say decent because I haven’t even scratched the surface of where I’m going and what I’m truly capable of accomplishing. I’ve been blessed to carve out success in National Commercials. I’ve been fortunate to have been in over 25 National Commercials, I’ve recurred and Guest starred in a few tv/series. (Side note) I’ve worked with my entire family, wife and kids on some commercials. That’s dope to me that I’m able to have opportunities to do what I love with the ones I love, that’s truly a dream.

This business is no easy task at all, it’ll humble you fast. I love it though, I get such a joy when I’m filming projects, I love the filming process, I literally get the same anxious feeling’s every time I head to a set. Feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. (That’s exclusive info) haha But that’s why I think I continue to find that hunger for the business, for the fact that it makes me happy when I’m working. No matter what I’m filming I’m always eager to learn, because you can always learn and pull from other artist, directors producers etc.

I’ve honestly felt every emotional feeling being in this business, but I continue to get back up and work on getting to the goals I’ve put out for myself. I have so much I look forward to accomplishing in the entertainment business.

I really couldn’t tell you exactly how I got into the business, but I know it started with curiosity/infatuation which lead to me putting the leg work in and once that happen The HIGHER POWER put information out there to support my path.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way is to truly believe in yourself and not to look outwards for validation or support. Everything you do in life starts inward. It starts with you. Put the work into YOURSELF, stay true to YOURSELF , Love YOURSELF and believe in YOURSELF. If you don’t love and believe in yourself how do you expect anyone else to. Once you’ve given yourself that true attention you need and continue to work on yourself, you gain a higher perspective, you build a relationship with the HIGHER SOURCE as well. That’s what I’ve learned and what I find to be more important than anything you do in life. Being rooted in a foundation that allows you to truly know who you are and give you a clear vision on where you want to go. (Sorry to be long winded on that). But that came from the heart.

What I want people to know about me is really simple, I love to bring out the best in people, I love giving people their flowers and allowing them to see their value in the world. We all have a value in the world. So I would call myself “The Man of The People”. Hahaha. I laugh but that truly sums me up. That’s the energy I live by.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
So since I’ve been out here for so long and I’ve become a home body and on top of that having young kids I’ve gotten out of the loop on the cool things to do. Haha but if I would have friends in town visiting we’d probably hit one of my fave restaurants in Hollywood called Katana’s, then afterwards hit a comedy show, there’s always a comedy show going on in LA. The next day I’d probably get out and do some shopping at Santa Monica pier/ Beverly Center. If there’s a Laker/Clipper game going I’d probably check a game out. I live by the beach, so that’ll be an option. I’m boring, so I don’t have a whole lot up my sleeves. But I do know the right people to call that’ll direct me to the fun stuff if need be.. hahaha

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My kids. All of my kids inspire me to be better. To always seek growth in my life. Seeking growth has allowed me to be present and open for information The HIGHER POWER has put into my life to support my growth. Whether it be a new book recommendation, people affirming through conversations or intuition/speaking to my heart. My kids have allowed me to recognize that, because I want more for them and myself.
