Hi Bita, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I am dedicated to inspiring women to become stronger, more confident, and resilient individuals. Through my content, I provide women with the tools and knowledge they need to prioritise their physical and mental well-being. By promoting strength training, I aim to break down societal stereotypes and inspire women to embrace their strength and capabilities. I encourage women to challenge themselves, push their limits, and overcome obstacles, both inside and outside the gym. By fostering a supportive and inclusive community, I create a space where women can connect, share their fitness journeys, and find inspiration and motivation from one another. Through my work, I strive to help women build not only physical strength but also mental resilience, enabling them to face challenges with confidence and determination.
Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
What sets me apart from others in the fitness industry is my focus on not just physical strength, but also mental and emotional resilience. I believe that true strength comes from within, and I strive to empower women to not only transform their bodies but also their mindset.
I am most proud of the impact I have had on the lives of the women I work with. Seeing them become stronger, more confident, and resilient is incredibly rewarding. It is what fuels my passion and keeps me motivated to continue my work.
Getting to where I am today professionally was not easy. I faced numerous challenges, including self-doubt and moments of uncertainty. However, I overcame these obstacles by staying true to my purpose and reminding myself of the positive impact I was making. I surrounded myself with a supportive community and sought guidance from mentors who believed in me.
Along the way, I have learned valuable lessons. I have learned that setbacks and challenges are inevitable, but they do not define me. Instead, they provide opportunities for growth and learning. I have also learned the importance of self-care and self-compassion. Taking care of my own well-being allows me to better serve others.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that I am not just a fitness influencer. I am a mentor, a motivator, and a supporter. My mission is to help women become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally. I want to inspire them to embrace their strength, overcome self-doubt, and build resilience in all areas of their lives. My brand is built on authenticity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am incredibly grateful to have a husband who has been my biggest supporter throughout my fitness journey. From the very beginning, he has believed in me and my abilities, pushing me to reach for my dreams and never settle for less. His unwavering faith in me has been a constant source of motivation and inspiration.
