We had the good fortune of connecting with Bobby Blandino and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bobby, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be remember’d as someone who tried what they wanted to accomplish and want to be remember’d as someone who made peoples days everyday. I try to stay optimistic as possible in my content and make sure my videos can change someones mood for the better. Eventually I want to do more fishing youtube videos and expand my youtube presence as well as having my own clothing companies

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started off as a football player at Portland St and I came home for 4th of July and never went back.
I started posting tiktoks that January of 2021 and my first few videos tookoff and i took it from there.
The biggest struggles with having a platform/influence on people is there are always going to be waves of engagement and the biggest thing I could relay to others wanting to get in the creator space is just to keep going. If u believe in the videos you are creating, someone else will as well. I want the world to know that tiktok/insta is just the start for me as I want to just continue to build and grow with my fans.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my friend was visiting, they would come to my apartment in seal beach, ca and we would definitely go fishing for some spotted bass or trout, I would take them to my favorite restaurants like Boathouse on the Bay, or Crabpot, or Sushi on Fire on 2nd St in Long Beach

My friends and I tend to stay more inside than outside nowadays but we would still go out to some bars for one of those nights for a good time.
I would mainly show my friends my beach/gym lifestyle I have built for myself

I would also take them for a joy ride down PCH in my convertible

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would shoutout my parents, sisters, my close friends like Josh and Timmy for always helping me get my videos done and encouraging me when I needed it. Also a quick shoutout to my assistant David for always staying up late running my emails and doing all the busy behind the scenes work
