Meet Nathalie Croix | Author and Yoga Trainer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathalie Croix and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nathalie, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
What makes me happiest is living a life that feels aligned and meaningful. I love teaching yoga, being around animals, spending time in nature, creating meaningful work, and sharing practices that help people reconnect with themselves. I also value a grounded, balanced life — simple things like meditation, horses, cooking, good food, and time with people I love. For me, happiness comes from connection, purpose, creativity, and presence.

What should our readers know about your business?

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Some of my favorite places in Los Angeles are Topanga Canyon, Malibu, Griffith Park. Also where I used to live: Laurel Canyon. I’ve always been drawn to the mix of nature, creativity, and old Hollywood character woven throughout those parts of the city. The Canyon Country Store is a classic and the restaurant Pace in Laurel Canyon, I spend a lot of time there. Both Dan Tana’s and La Poubelle Bistro & Bar have long been favorite restaurants of mine in LA. L’Hermitage Beverly Hills is also one of my favorite hotels in the city – I love their brunch and breakfast. The Soho House in West Hollywood is a great afternoon hang out spot.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
