We had the good fortune of connecting with Bradford Brooks and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bradford, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started my business because I have a passion for sharing stories and connecting with people. As a videographer, you have endless opportunities to create and share content with the world.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I think the thing about my art and creativity is that it all stems from just wanting to make content that resonates with my personality. I do a lot of personal pieces that involve individuals from my community and that is something that truly has a special place in my heart. I’m proud to say that I have been able to work with different people and allow me to share their stories and capture them through the lens of my camera. I think the biggest challenge is continuing to trust your journey and not being afraid to grow out of your comfort zone. Even though I am still relatively new to all of this, I would like the world to know that I am just a young guy from Charlotte constantly evolving through this journey of life, with a dream to inspire others and share stories and content with others.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a best friend or person was visiting the area I reside in the first thing I would do to show the best time ever would be to take them to uptown Charlotte. We would begin at all of the delicious food options like Optimist Hall, Hawkers, and Two Scoops. Second, we would take the time to enjoy the beautiful weather in Charlotte by going to Fourth Ward Park. Our itinerary and time of fun would include a few of some of my favorite things like going hiking at Crowders Mountain, attending a sporting event either the Carolina Panthers or the Charlotte Hornets, enjoy a good southern cooked meal from Leah & Louise, and finally take some cool pictures in the art district of NODA.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate a special shoutout to the Good Taste Bad Grammar Podcast, Chosen One Training, and last but not least College by Her. All amazing local businesses in Charlotte, NC.
