We had the good fortune of connecting with Bree VanZutphen and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bree, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When starting my own business, I wanted to seamlessly integrate my personal practice with my offerings. I try to see my career and other aspects of myself as one in the same. As I continue to grow and evolve as a human, my business has grown as well. I do believe in having a strong value system so that everything I create comes from a deeply rooted “why.” I check in to make sure every action stems from what I value. I see my career as a continuous process of unfolding.
What should our readers know about your business?
The work I do is all about cultivating a deeper relationship with self. I am a former dancer, certified life coach, yoga & meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and reiki practitioner. I have my own coaching method, THE PROCESS, that is a step by step approach in how to navigate the complexities of life and commit to our personal growth. I incorporate emotional release work, embodiment, life coaching, and mindset techniques. I’ve taken all of the tools that were instrumental in my own healing journey and combined them into one program. I believe that personal evolution will lead to planetary evolution.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Topanga Canyon State Park -Eat: I would probably cook something and serve it on our patio , Gracias Madre, Homestate, Tacos Tu Madre, Amara Kitchen -Visit: Joshua Tree Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband, David Rosenblatt, has been the most steady support system in my life. I am endlessly grateful to him and his encouragement.
