Hi Brianne, how does your business help the community?
At The Performer’s Academy, our performing arts classes play an important role in helping the community and the world in several ways. First and foremost, the arts have the power to bring people together and foster a sense of community. By providing a space where people can come together and express themselves creatively, we help to build stronger, more connected communities.

Additionally, the arts have been shown to have numerous mental health benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety and improving overall well-being. By offering performing arts classes, we are providing a space where people can engage in a healthy and fulfilling activity that promotes mental wellness.

Furthermore, the performing arts have the power to inspire and provoke change. Through music, theater, and dance, we can raise awareness about important social issues and encourage people to take action to make the world a better place.

In short, the Performer’s Academy and our performing arts classes help the community and the world by fostering a sense of community, promoting mental health and wellness, and inspiring positive change.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a performing arts studio owner, I am contributing greatly to the cultural landscape of the community. Our studio has something unique that sets it apart from others, whether it’s your teaching style, the genres of dance or music you specialize in, or the way you nurture your students’ creativity and passion. What my team and I are most proud of is likely the growth and development of our students, both artistically and personally.

Running a performing arts studio is not always easy, as it involves managing the business side of things in addition to providing high-quality instruction. Along the way, I’ve learned valuable lessons about time management, marketing, and customer service.

Despite these challenges, my commitment to my craft and your students is what drives me. I understand the power of the arts to transform lives and inspire creativity, and I am passionate about sharing that with others. My ultimate goal is to create a safe and encouraging environment where students can explore their artistic potential and grow as individuals.

I would like to give recognition to my mother, Natalie, and all the wonderful things she does for me. She founded our business in 2003, and passed it to me. She has always been a supportive and encouraging figure in my life. From the efforts she puts in to ensure my well-being to the mentorship and guidance she provides, my mother has had a significant impact on my life. Her love and encouragement are undoubtedly invaluable to me, and I appreciate her efforts more than words can express.
