Hi Chad and Grazia, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My Thought Process Behind Opening My Own Business

I’ve always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create something of my own. For me, building a business is not just about making money—it’s about having the freedom to bring my ideas to life without limitations. I thrive when I have control over my vision and direction, rather than being restricted by someone else’s rules or decisions in a traditional workplace.

I’m naturally driven to move forward and take initiative. I don’t like being held back or waiting for permission to act. Starting my own business allows me to keep progressing, set my own goals, and grow on my own terms. I enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up and taking full responsibility for its success.

Our Passion for Hair and Style

My wife and I share a deep passion for hair, style, and creativity. What sets us apart is our commitment to staying ahead of the trends—we travel to different countries, explore new techniques, styles, and colors, and bring that inspiration back to our salon. This allows us to offer our clients fresh, modern looks that they won’t find anywhere else. Our goal is to make sure every client leaves feeling confident, stylish, and one step ahead of the rest. Our story began when we met and shared an instant connection through our love for hair and fashion. We took a leap of faith and moved to Italy, where our passion turned into a career. From there, we traveled across Europe, working with L’Oréal and showcasing our craft at major hair shows and fashion events. It was an incredible experience that allowed us to learn from the best in the industry, refine our skills, and build the foundation for the salon we own today.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Hosting Friends and Family in Los Angeles

When friends or family come to visit us in Los Angeles, I make it a point to show them the best of what the city has to offer. I take them to all the hottest spots—from iconic landmarks to hidden gems—and, of course, we enjoy some of the best Italian restaurants in town. It’s all about creating unforgettable memories, sharing great food, and making sure they have an amazing time while experiencing the city through our eyes.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Shout-Out to My Wife

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to my incredible wife for being the backbone of our success. Together, we’ve built an amazing salon business—our empire—and I couldn’t have done it without her. Her dedication, strength, and vision have been key to everything we’ve achieved. On top of that, she’s an incredible mother, raising our two beautiful children with love and care while helping build our dream. I’m beyond grateful to have her by my side every step of the way.
