We had the good fortune of connecting with Chadrick Fellers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chadrick, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think the most important factor behind our success is simply doing well by people, and solidifying a good name for ourselves in the industry. We try to do good quality work, at solid rates the artists can afford. Being super transparent with the artist teams about costs, any issues, etc has been crucial as well in making sure we’ve got a happy client at the end of the day.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
It hasnt been easy building this company over the years. Its taken a ton of sacrfice, time, patience, and believing I was doing the right thing. Theres no recipe for success. It comes from doing the wrong things, and learning to not repeat yourselves, and overall just trying to supply a client with a great experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in West Hollywood. I love this area, and all of the restaurants, parks, etc. I really enjoy a trip to Erewhon and then Cheviot Hills park! lol

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d really like to thank our internal team. When they say “it takes a village”, they really weren’t lying. To accomplish high level work and the volume we do, it takes a large amount of people being on top of it.

I have to give credit to our internal team, and all the work they’ve put in to get us where we’re at now.
