Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is storytelling—through books, media, and communication. What sets me apart is my journey of resilience and reinvention. I published my first nine books, and no one read them. I lost my Amazon account and had to start over from scratch. But through persistence, I eventually became a three-time bestselling author, with over 1,200 people reading my recent works. My ability to adapt, learn from failure, and keep pushing forward has shaped my creative and professional path.
Getting here wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, financial struggles, and the constant challenge of proving myself. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success isn’t instant—it’s built on consistency, self-belief, and the willingness to embrace setbacks as stepping stones. I had to rebrand, rethink my strategies, and continuously improve my craft. Studying communication and media has further refined my storytelling skills, allowing me to connect with people on a deeper level through writing, public relations, and brand messaging.
I want the world to know that my brand is about resilience, innovation, and empowerment. Whether it’s through my books, media work, or future endeavors in law, my goal is to inspire others to keep going, even when the odds are against them. My story is proof that setbacks are not the end—they’re just part of the journey.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting, I’d make sure they had an amazing time!
– **Day 1:** Welcome feast at **Buka Restaurant** for authentic Ghanaian food, then relax at **Labadi Beach** with live music.
– **Day 2:** Explore history at **Cape Coast Castle** and **Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum**, followed by dinner at **Skybar 25** with a great city view.
– **Day 3:** Nature day at **Aburi Botanical Gardens**, a stop at a cocoa farm, then nightlife at **Carbon Nightclub** or **Front/Back**.
– **Day 4:** Relax at **Bojo Beach**, enjoy fresh seafood, then grab drinks at **The Republic Bar & Grill**.
– **Day 5:** Food and shopping at **Makola Market**, street food hopping, and a laid-back evening at **Bloom Bar**.
– **Day 6:** Road trip to **Ada Foah** for a boat cruise or visit **Wli Waterfalls** in the Volta Region.
– **Day 7:** Brunch at **Canoe Beach Sushi Bar**, last-minute shopping, and airport drop-off.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! My journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of several key people and influences in my life. First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to my father, whose hard work, sacrifices, and guidance have shaped my ambition and drive. His belief in education and perseverance has been a constant source of inspiration for me.
I also want to recognize my professors and mentors who have pushed me to think critically and strive for excellence, even when the path seemed uncertain. Their encouragement and insights have helped me navigate my academic and professional journey, from my early days in university to my aspirations in law and beyond.
Finally, I’d like to acknowledge the power of books—especially those on leadership, resilience, and personal development. i cannot end without acknowledging my surport systems like wendy aka boba, kelvin and the people of ghana.
