We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina Balian and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factors for me are confidence, hardwork, determination, and ambition. When you have those everything comes together! Believing in myself is the most important thing to me for success.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What I think sets me apart from others is that I am an Armenian American actress that started from nothing and have slowly worked to the point where I am at in the acting industry on my own. It was not easy, but I did the hard work. I am authentic, loyal, and humble. I fell in love with acting and modeling just 3 years ago because I can show my creativity and passion through being in front of a camera. I can express myself through acting and be any character I want to be. I also am a Behavioral Therapist and I help people with special needs. I am very grateful for what I do because I love helping people.
A little bit more about me is that I love to do different accents, voiceovers for cartoon characters like Minnie Mouse and more. You can also catch me on Paramount Plus (Season 15 – Let’s Make A Deal episode) as I was a contestant and played the game with Wayne Brady. The main lesson that I learned along the way is if you really want something you have to work hard at it and you can’t give up.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my best friend to Foxy’s which is in Glendale! It is my favorite spot to study my lines and focus. I studied a lot of my “Blood Moon” movie lines there which I was casted as “JANICE” and the film was Directed by Allisyn Snyder and Dylan Snyder which is on IMDB and submitted into various film festivals.
I also love to go there to eat and hangout! There is also a lot of cool shopping spots around Foxy’s restaurant too! Plus it is right by my acting school AGB so it is my go-to!
Another one of my favorite spots is Porto’s they have the best desserts! My favorite dessert from there is the sweet cheese bread roll. It is also next to my acting class.
A cool place to checkout is Follow Your Heart crystal shop/cafe and you can pick up crystals, books, and cool gifts for your friends and family!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to my mom for being there for me and supporting me in my acting career, also my true real friends who have believed in me. I also want to give a shoutout to Chris Vinan who gave me the opportunity be casted in the Amazon Prime TV film “Dragged Off.” with my own speaking role, that was an amazing experience! And lastly I want to thank Ezekiel Pacheco, for always pushing me to do better every week in his class from AGB Studios.
